    Episode 8: Interview with instructor Lori Tyman

    This week we are interviewing one of The Y'Ville Well's Instructors.Lori's holistic wellness career began in 2009 after obtaining a health coach certificate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Over time, she realized the need to offer more to her clients and expand her services in order to provide additional holistic wellness practices to meet their needs. Lori acquired her massage license in 2014 after graduating from the Medical Arts Massage School. In 2019 she expanded her health coaching skills through the Functional Nutrition Alliance certification program. In 2020, Lori was privileged to study under Dr. Alberto Villoldo at the Four Winds Society, where she received the Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine certificate. She learned several indigenous practices that enable her to support the emotional and energetic needs of her clients. Each person is unique, and Lori's passion is creating individualized plans of care that support and nurture specific differences to meet the needs of her clients. Her most recent wellness endeavor, and the one that’s helped her better understand her own body, is a holistic practice called Block Therapy. After studying Block Therapy for over a year Lori became a Certified Block Therapy Instructor in July 2025.
