    93. Why You’re Not Taking Action (Even When You Know What to Do)

    If you’re in a spot where you know exactly what step you want to take next, but you just can’t get yourself to do it, this episode is for you. In today’s conversation, I’m diving into what really gets in the way after you’ve already done the hard work of figuring out your next steps. Because let’s be honest, clarity isn’t always the problem. Taking action is. I walk through three of the most common (and sneaky) barriers that keep us stuck: overwhelm, fear of failure, and fear of success. These are the things that show up right when you’re on the edge of moving forward and they can feel incredibly convincing if you don’t know how to spot them. We talk about what it looks like to feel overwhelmed by the size of your goals, especially when there’s grief or regret about not starting sooner. I also share why fear of failure isn’t just about “failing,” but about being seen trying, caring deeply, and stepping outside of your comfort zone. And then there’s fear of success, which doesn’t get talked about enough. The pressure, responsibility, and expectations that come with growth can feel just as scary as failing.     92. You’re Not Unqualified. You’re Just Not Practicing Yet

    If you’ve ever felt like a fraud for wanting something bigger… this episode is for you. Because the truth is, most people aren’t more qualified than you… they’ve just been willing to start.     91. Why You Don’t Need Clarity to Start (Especially If You’re Overthinking Everything)

    If you’ve ever felt stuck waiting for the “right” plan, the perfect idea, or full clarity before you start, this episode is for you. Today, I’m talking about something I see all the time, especially with high-achievers and ADHD brains: the habit of overthinking our way into inaction. We tell ourselves we just need a little more clarity, a better plan, or more certainty before we begin. But the truth? Clarity doesn’t come before action. Clarity comes from action.  In this episode, I’m breaking down why waiting until everything feels “figured out” actually keeps you stuck, and how to start moving forward in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming. I share how I navigated this in my own life, from starting a travel blog (without knowing where it would lead) to eventually building my coaching business. None of it started with a perfect plan, but every step gave me the feedback I needed to move forward. We’ll talk about how to use “baby steps” to get out of analysis paralysis, why experimenting is one of the most powerful tools you have, and how to focus on becoming instead of arriving.
