If there’s one episode of my podcast you tune into, make it this one. This conversation quickly became one of my personal favorites. I had the opportunity to sit down with one of my closest friends and dive into everything from the power of music and the impact it has on our lives, to the pain of losing a mother and navigating loss in general. In our conversation you will find that what I’m truly looking for in life is the moments that make me stops and say, “I want this moment to last forever”, whether it’s sitting on a beach watching a sunset or simply spending time with family, these moments can be fleeting and I want to soak up every last one of them. My love for life is not something that anyone or anything (like a devastating injury) can take away from me. My goal is to inject that hope, positivity and love for life into the hearts of my listeners.

My Story // My Mission

In this episode I talk a little bit about my story, the injury that led to living in a wheelchair the last 14 years as a quadriplegic and the mindset that I’ve developed to live a life of positivity and hope despite the unfortunate events that put me in this chair. We are all dealt a deck of cards, some less favorable than others, but we all encounter challenges and hardships in life. I hope that through this podcast you will feel inspired to overcome whatever mountain you’re facing and my hope is to build a community of people that don’t allow their circumstances to dictate their future. There is always hope, and no matter what, we are out here to Live Life!
