Staff communication is one of the most important parts of any well run business. If the ideas, procedures and values of the company are not well stated , and easily understood , then the outcome you are looking for is little Morse than a hope and a dream. On the other hand , when the staff knows exactly what you want and expect , then they know how to carry out all sour wishes for an amazing experience for everyone. With optimal communication , it is truly a win win ;the customers ( patients ) are happy, the staff is happy & satisfied , and you get to have and live the life and practice of you dreamed of. I sat sown with a CPA with over 40 years experience and he explains the principle and details of getting  off the quarterly tax train. He goes on to discuss  how to legally wait to pay those taxes at the end of each calendar year.  We also discuss, that by doing this, you can invest the ‘tax money’ ( in a safe way) ,which then allows you to make money on that money ,in a tax free way. He prides himself and his firm on being different than the typical investment advisor. Mike give us several ways to legally reduce your tax burden in ways you've probably never heard of until now.  I found my interview with him to be incredibly insightful, educational and informative.
