We Talk 360 Podcast: Fitness, Mental Health, & the Lives of 20-Somethings

Caitlin & Max

We started We Talk 360 after graduating from college in the spring of 2023. Mental health and fitness (whether it was sports, lifting weights, or just trying to better ourselves), has been a big part of both of our lives. Currently, we are both in our early twenties! Life is weird (so weird) and complicated and we are all just trying to get though it! What is a better way to get through the weirdness of our twenties than doing it together??? In this podcast, we will discuss a wide range of topics including relationships, dating, life transitions, identity, failure, balance, fitness, training, and more. Our goal is to spread a positive message and create an environment in which people can be vulnerable, feel heard, and can identify with peers that are also going through similar experiences. We will share about being in your twenties by talking about our own personal experiences and sharing our (sometimes crazy) stories. We want to send a message to our fellow 20-somethings that it is COMPLETELY okay to not be okay, and it is also COMPLETELY okay to talk about it! It is okay to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses, because we are all learning and growing together 3 ig: @wetalk360podcast website: https://wetalk360podcast.com
