    Host Keith Duplessie sits down with Andres Lotero Here's a bit about him: "I began my career in procurement, and later moved into the pharmaceutical industry, where I managed patient support programs across Latin America. That blend of supply chain expertise and hands-on customer care shaped everything I've built since. In 2015, I founded Mulova in Colombia to bring high-quality detailing products to the Colombian market. In 2023, I launched Mulova International in the U.S., based in Miami, to serve the broader Latino market and use the city's unique position as a gateway to reach clients across Latin America. I'm a serial entrepreneur at heart. Alongside Mulova, I also run Policrafters, an architectural solutions company serving architects, designers, and general contractors in South Florida, as well as SourceLynk and Boxamix, both focused on helping Latin American businesses access the U.S. market. I believe deeply in long-term relationships and building community. I've been an active IDA member since 2021, contributing Spanish translations of webinars and educational materials so more detailers can benefit from them, and a SEMA member since 2025. I'm married with two children."

    Host Levi Gates sits down with Melissa Rossnagel Melissa Says "My name is Melissa Rossnagel, owner of The Missus Interior Detailing. I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where one of my first jobs was at a full-service car wash. After graduation, as much as I enjoyed it there, I realized I needed to move on. I told myself that if I ever started a business, it would be cleaning cars, something that seemed to calm me. Years passed and life happend, got married, acquired 3 step-sons, and moved to the beautiful little town of Riding Mountain. Then, 2 years ago, at the age of 40, and finally having the facility to make it happen, I started my business. The name "The Missus" was decided upon when my husband kept calling me "Missus" and I kept hearing "If you find yourself in a messy situation, just call The Missus" in the back of my mind. It's my side hustle at the moment; I work full time as a custodian at the school in our neighboring town. It's also not huge or fancy, and I'm kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it gets me by, and I have exceeded my expectations on the number of clientele within my community. I am limited to just interior detailing, as our shop just doesn't accommodate a wash bay, and I am currently sharing the space with my husband and our farming life. I am happy with that, as I also have a mobile set up, and travel to customer farms to clean farm and work equipment as well. I do hope to have a dedicated building one day, but I don't want to break the bank to get it. In the future, I would love to do some formal training. I have been searching for something that might fit in with a motorcycle trip this summer."
