Love, Lust, & Legacy: The Truth About Modern Men At 40 Ft. MoosieWins

Send us Fan Mail What happens when a man enter a new chapter of life - redefining love, evolving a an artist, leaving a legacy through fatherhood, and finding strength after loss? In this episode, I sit down with Moosie Win for a raw and honest conversation about growth, relationships, purpose, and transformation. At 40, he opens up about his perspective on dating and relationships, and what has changed, the importance of being with someone you can grow with, and how dating is different now that his son has left the nest and is in college.  We also go behind the music and discuss his latest single, "Lust." He breaks down some of the lyrics of the song and the inspiration behind those lyrics, and I challenge him on the meaning behind some lyrics that stood out to me.  We also discuss how his real life shows up in his music and how personal experiences shape his artistry. After 18 years as a Math teacher, he has pivoted in his career and has transitioned to being outside of the classroom while still in the Department of Education. Fatherhood is another major part of this conversation as he reflects on watching his son complete his first year as a Division 1 athlete. He shares the lessons he intentionally passed down, how he balanced discipline with support, and the moment every parent faces - knowing when to guide and when to let go. We close out the episode discussing grief, loss, and healing. Having experienced a profound loss, he shares how grief has changed his outlook on life, his relationships, and what truly matters. This episode is a reminder that growth doesn't stop at any age - sometimes you biggest transformation happens when you're willing to let go, evolve, and step into who you're becoming!
