    S2 34 The Healthy Cycle of Healing and Overcoming Grief

    Welcome In this third episode in the grief series I share about the healthy cycle of healing and overcoming grief. I bring a teaching that came as an energetic download from my shamanic lineage almost twenty years ago and translate it into a simple, human map you can use when you are walking through loss, separation and deep sadness. Episode Summary I speak about grief as an extensive sadness that arises from loss or the fear of losing something we love, and I honour the depth of those who are living through it. I share how, a little over thirty days after my mother’s passing, I feel a profound respect for anyone who is navigating this level of reorganisation in their life and heart. I introduce the healthy cycle of grief as four main stages. The first stage is the experience itself, the recognition of loss and the shock that lands in the heart. I explain how mastering sadness and grief awakens the lover within you, because grief opens the heart, softens the body and creates a deep need for intimacy and tenderness. The second stage is confusion, shock and sometimes anger. This can show up as questions about identity, rage at God, life or others, guilt and shame. People can get stuck here for years, so this stage needs empowerment, clarity and sovereignty. The third stage is isolation and going inward. I talk about withdrawing into your inner cave, licking your wounds and discovering that this is actually a portal of creation and deep healing, where vision can be activated. The fourth stage is reconnection. This is the moment you return to life changed, with an upgraded identity and a new relationship with yourself, your mission and even with the one you lost, now in a different dimension. The cycle is not truly linear. You can move back and forth between stages, and over time reconnection becomes more stable and embodied.     S2 33 What Mourning My Mother Taught Me

    Welcome In this episode I continue the tender conversation that began in the last transmission about my mother’s death. This time I am sharing about grief itself, strong emotions and the hidden gift in death. I speak very honestly about how grief is moving through my body thirty days after my mother passed, how it arrives like a powerful wave with no story attached, and how choosing to truly feel is giving me more life, more power and more wisdom. Episode Summary I explore how birth and death are not single moments but long processes that reflect the way we live. The way you die, and the way you give birth, is an extension of your lifelong patterns. You do not suddenly become someone else at the moment of death or at the moment of birth. I describe how grief arrives in my body like a powerful wave, with no story attached. Tears, sound and movement come, whether I am alone or with others, and I feel deep peace about my relationship with my mother. I share how most of us try to rationalise emotions, attach stories and blame others, instead of letting the pure energy move through us to clean, liberate and transform us. I speak about grief as an initiation and a rite of passage that supports my mother’s ascension and my own evolution. I reflect on how our mothers live inside us, how this era is asking us to reclaim our individual power and life force, and how allowing ourselves to feel fully is how we make art out of our lives.     S2 32 Standing in the Sacred Portal of Death

    Welcome In this episode I open my heart and invite you into one of the most intimate portals of my life. I share about the death of my mother, the intensity of the last month, and what it really means to sit in the room with death. This is a raw, tender transmission recorded after a day of many tears, with silence, emotion and codes for you if you are willing to receive them. Episode Summary I take you through my mother’s long, gradual decline and the moment of her passing. I speak about how she seemed to be slowly turning into thin air, while her strong personality stayed present almost until the last breath. I share the sacred call to clear my day, sit by her side, hold her hand, call in the angels and witness her soul leaving her body. I also speak honestly about our complicated relationship. I was harmed by her behaviour for years and I had to do deep work to liberate myself and to liberate her. In her final hours I returned to her bedside, gave back what was never mine to carry and chose what I am willing to continue, heal and honour from her lineage. In that moment we reorganised the heritage between us so we could both be free. I reflect on the strange contrast between a whole life ending and the world carrying on as usual, the bureaucracy that surrounds death, and the small signs Spirit sent me, including the number 17:17. More than anything, I share the holiness of a single exhale that is not followed by another inhale, and the realisation that the Divine presence that animated my mother is the same presence that is breathing you now.
