    Pretty sure This is So Done.

    Well well well, life has continued to stay pretty spicy amid the healing journey.  What healing journey? The journey to discover and create a safe life by surrounding myself with people who support me, as well as manage the PTSD condition that I've been diagnosed with after a lifetime spent being abused by my covert narcissistic birth person, as well as surviving the toxic environment of a narcissistic family cult.  My faith in Christ, in the gospel, has been the foundation in which I am able to move in liberty and grace to do what's necessary to do just that. And man, have I needed that this last week as I found myself cutting a person loose that has been in my close circle for 20 years.  Sometimes we think that we can handle the differences that divide an unbeliever from a believer, or that we can fix people who are not able to handle reflection, or look at themselves and their need for the truth.  And sometimes we just realize some people are not safe for our healing, or supportive in the ways we need them to be.  That we can't be whatever they need us to be, either.  Press play and be encouraged in your faith, inspired to take the necessary steps to prioritize your healing journey, and potentially learn from my mistakes--being comforted by the comforts I've been given from God in our mutual faith.  Need to explore the gospel?     The Crusades

    Today I do a brief checkpoint on life, and then dive into how the revelation about the world's activities should be affecting us as believers. It's never been more clear the times we are in.     I Can Do Hard Things

    We're headed into our third year together, and kicking it off with a fresh new season. What will it entail? Only the Lord knows, but it's starting with an episode where I open up a bit more to you guys about my backstory, how it played into who I am today, and how the Lord has taken me through and shown me I can do hard things, and here's the thing: so can you.  As you know, it all starts with the gospel of grace.  Putting my faith and trust in the finished and redemptive work of Christ changed my life, and it continues to morph and grow as I lean into what He has for me, as I rely on Him for all things---but especially my peace and sound mind.  I pray this episode blesses you-and that you know that you've been given the freedom and grace to go after what you need to have peace in your life, too.  Where can you find the gospel?     Hello and welcome my friends to the final episode of season 3 of TNLGP!  I never imagined that it would take so long to complete this season  and where I would end up.  Today's episode I touch base on where I've been; and what I've learned in the time away, which mainly has to do with unlearning a behavior I didn't realize I was able to reverse as a child of a narcissitic parent in a narcisstic family cult.  Between healing my mental scape, I also have been healing from major elective surgery.  I hope you tune in to hear more, and that I catch you next year with a whole new season of keeping it real while living the gospel truth in Christ.  Much love to you this season.     Hot Mess Express

    This word is really just to bring some awareness as to where I'm at, bring people up to date with where I've been and what I've been going through. No matter how personal my situation is, how specific, I know that we all are going through our own mess, amid living in a crazy world. Sometimes it seems unbearable, seems impossible--but somehow we're able to tap into the joy as the Lord is faithful with His resurrection power. It doesn't matter the depths of despair, He is there with us.  Today's episode is my confirmation of the struggles that persist in no contact and family dysfunction, the strength necessary to get help, the gratitude for what God has done and continues to do for me-as well as some thoughts on world events that I find relatable in all of this struggle.  Some people around you that profess to be believers are going to make it about you, about how you show your faith in this shallow interpretation called Christianity-I'm here to remind you that this flesh is weakness, it doesn't get better--it had to be crucified. I'm here to remind you that Jesus is our Life. He is what animates us to keep breathing, to keep moving in faith, and to keep spreading the light of His word---the Gospel of grace.     Pop Off, Sis.

    What a week. Even as I upload this video, I'm shocked that what came out of the last span of wordly events is a short trilogy of episodes not only documenting my thought process, emotional ups and downs, but also the resurrection of the truth as my focus.  Today's short message is one of accountability to admit when I get in my flesh and react, but also to remind my peeps that if there's one thing to flip tables over, it's when people come against the gospel of grace, and when I know people are attempting to beat some sheep.  I'm not stronger than that spirit of error, I'm always going to be humbled as I try and make a stand in this outer man that is being worn down by the day, but I'm always reminded even in my post exasperated plea for people to believe the truth, that the battle belongs to the Lord.  Mark and avoid, friends.     The Gospel Over Everythang.

    Tensions are high. The spirit of offense is high. Despite that I feel called to remind those that are in Christ to remain and abide there in it's simplicity. I'm reminding those in Christ to turn away from the flesh's call to respond to someone else's declaration of self righteousness in the flesh and that you go and join that pursuit of chasing the highs and lows that come outside of knowing the full assurance and peace we have in the truth: the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, and simply believing that. Don't make this current event be the reason  you "pick up your cross" and start  beating the sheep and deluding yourself that your condition in life is in anyway a reflection on how God sees you, or that He expects anything of you other than your faith, no matter how small.  Stay strong in the Lord, in the truth, in the gospel.  1 Corinthians 15:1-4
