Having Goals Is Actually Not That Interesting

News flash - your goals in life is actually not the interesting. Only because the most interesting about you is YOU. Don’t define your identity based on your goals, but instead define your goals based on who you are. Today we chat about separating your personal identity from your goals, and why hot girls are able to have a secure attachment not just with others, but who you are to your core. You are still you, even in the in-between of what all life has. Because even when you think your not doing anything impressive, that might be the most important version of you to get to know.

    I'm The Problem It's Me

Apparently, complaining is illegal now. There’s a difference between talking through your problems and building a permanent residence in them, and society loves to blur that line. We’ll get into why people are so quick to label any negative emotion as “playing the victim,” how that actually keeps people from processing their lives in a healthy way, and what it really looks like to take responsibility without pretending everything is fine. So no, you’re not dramatic for having feelings. And no, venting doesn’t mean you’ve given up your power. Sometimes it just means… you had a day.

Why Did God Give Me Hopes and Dreams?

I don’t know who told me to have goals… but I’d like a word. Because why is it that the second you start wanting more for your life, you also sign up for constant overthinking, pressure, and persistent stress. In this episode, I’m just having a very honest conversation about ambition—what it feels like to care about your life, to want more, and to feel overwhelmed by your own expectations at the same time. Like I’m grateful… but I’m also tired.

In The Middle of Starting Over

If your life feels like a “before” picture that’s taking a little too long… welcome. In this episode, we get into the uncomfortable truth that you can’t build a better life while actively hating the one you have. Acceptance isn’t settling—it’s strategy. Because once you stop resisting where you are, you can finally figure out how to move forward… instead of just emotionally pacing back and forth.

You Don't Feel Deserving, You Feel Entitled

Breaking news: wanting something really badly is not a strategy. In this episode, we confront the uncomfortable gap between “I deserve this” and “I should be handed this.” From unrealistic expectations to chronic disappointment, we dig into why life keeps not delivering—and why that might not be a personal attack. It’s a little existential, a hard pill to swallow, and unfortunately… completely necessary.

    (un)Lucky Girl Syndrome

You know those people who say, “Everything always works out in the end”? This episode is not for them. Welcome to an honest conversation about the quiet frustration of doing everything you’re supposed to do—working hard, trying to be a good person, staying hopeful—only to watch things fall apart anyway. The almost opportunities. The bad timing. The plans that looked so certain until they weren’t. Meanwhile, everyone else seems to be hitting milestones while you’re still stuck wondering what you did wrong. If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, “Statistically this amount of bad timing feels suspicious,” welcome—you’re in the right place.

Save The Date: To Be A Shi**y Friend

This week we explore the Circle of Influence — and how this relates to weddings. How you may ask? Weddings are the ultimate social experiment: the moment you make one decision, everyone reveals who they truly are. So how do you manage relationships when people start treating your exciting life event as if it is the most inconvenient moment to ever occur in their life? Spoiler: you can’t control their behavior — only your response. So just don’t have a wedding.

Have You Just Tried To Be Happy?

The idea of happiness marketing. Truly a space that the "self-help" community has mastered. But what if I told you that finding true "happiness" is impossible. Well, kinda. Today we will be chatting about why self-help books are a load of bs... and why overly positive advice is toxic.
