    82 Boundaries: The Self-Love Skill That Changes Everything.

    As we move towards the end of the year, I’ve been hearing the same thing from so many women:   “I feel stretched… thin.” “I’m overwhelmed but still saying yes.” “I’m exhausted from holding everyone else together.”   And if any part of you is quietly nodding right now, this week’s episode of I Love Me: The Podcast was made for you.
