The T&F Podcast is a weekly long-form interview show hosted by J. What started as DIY Instagram clips out of a Los Angeles apartment has evolved into a full studio production with live broadcasts, professional sound and video, and a growing audience across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. The show has also featured guests who’ve crossed into the mainstream spotlight, including three who have appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, reinforcing its reach beyond the underground. The format thrives on a cavalier tone—equal parts backstage hang, war story exchange, and cultural deep dive—where guests aren’t just interviewed, they’re pulled into conversations about music history, creative process, industry realities, and the mindset it takes to survive in underground and mainstream spaces alike.
