The Kingdom of this World Becomes the Kingdom of our Lord

The Antichrist, the Rapture, and God’s Judgments in Revelation In 2 Thessalonians 2, Paul warns that the Day of the Lord will not come until the falling away happens and the man of sin is revealed. The restrainer is removed, the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, and the lawless one will be destroyed by the brightness of Christ’s coming. After the church is taken, the earth begins its final decay. The Antichrist will rise, make a peace deal, then break it at the midpoint of the tribulation—bringing the abomination of desolation. He will demand worship and force the mark of the beast. Revelation 13 tells us his number is 666, the number of man, a parody of the Holy Trinity. The seals, trumpets, and bowls of Revelation are not written to create fear in the church. They are written to strengthen us. Jesus, the Lamb who was slain, is the only one worthy to open the scroll. Even in the judgments, God continues to give people the chance to call on Him. A great multitude still comes to Christ. God has not appointed us to wrath. At the end of the timeline is the millennial reign, the final defeat of Satan, and a new heaven and new earth where Jesus reigns forever. Grace and justice meet at the cross. A just King must punish rebellion. A loving King pays the penalty Himself. Jesus is both just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Him. The return of Christ is our blessed hope. 📖 Scriptures: 2 Thessalonians 2:3-10, Revelation 5, Revelation 6, 8-9, 11, 15-16, Romans 3:21-26 📍 Word of Life Church | Carlsbad, New Mexico #EndTimes #Antichrist #Rapture #Revelation #BlessedHope #WordOfLifeChurch #CarlsbadNM #GraceAndJustice #SecondComing #BibleStudy

You’re Comfortable, and That’s the Problem

Jesus walks among His churches and speaks to them with eyes like fire and a voice like many waters. In this message we walk through the seven letters of Revelation and ask what it means for a local church to be ready for His return. Ephesus had sound doctrine but lost its first love. Smyrna faced poverty and persecution yet flourished in community. Pergamos and Thyatira tolerated compromise. Sardis had a reputation of life but was dead. Philadelphia stayed faithful under pressure. Laodicea was comfortable, self-reliant, and lukewarm. Jesus is not looking for a perfect church. He is looking for a prepared one. The call is clear. Build on the foundation of who Jesus is. Become a refuge for the hurting and the broken. Shine as light in a dark and shaking world. Time is short, so we live with uncommon urgency without falling into desperation. The church that cannot be shaken is the one that keeps its passion for Jesus and the people He came to save. If this message stirs something in you, watch it through, share it with someone who needs encouragement, and leave a comment with one thing the Lord is highlighting for you. Jesus Said You Won’t Know the Hour… But You’ll Know This

Has anyone been to Buc-ee’s? 🦫 Those signs start showing up hundreds of miles out. Buc-ee’s is coming. And pretty soon you’re thinking about BBQ sandwiches and Beaver Nuggets before you ever get there. Jesus said He’s coming back. We may not know the day or the hour, but we can know the times and the seasons. This message walks through 1 Thessalonians 5, Luke 19, Daniel 9, Hosea 5–6, and the signs Jesus gave in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. Why knowing the season matters. Why the gap after Messiah was cut off. Why being in Christ brings peace, not panic. And what we do with it: watch, stay sober, comfort one another, and keep sharing the hope we’ve found in Him. We do not know the day or the hour. But the signs keep coming. Behold, I am coming soon. Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11 Luke 19:41-44 Daniel 9:20-27 1 John 1:8-9, 2:1 Zechariah 9:9 2 Peter 3 Hosea 5:14–6:2 Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 Word of Life Church | Carlsbad, New Mexico If this encouraged you, like, subscribe, share it, and leave a comment. Live Free: To Serve Others

🎙️ LIVING FREE TO SERVE OTHERS | Live Free Series 🙌 What does it really mean to live in the freedom Christ has given us? ✝️ In this message from the Live Free series, we’re challenged to take our freedom to the next level—not simply enjoying our freedom, but using it to love and serve others. ❤️ 📖 Galatians 5:13–14 reminds us that we have been called to live in freedom, but that freedom isn’t meant to be used selfishly. Instead, we are called to “use your freedom to serve one another in love.” In this message, we explore two powerful truths: 👀 FREE TO SEE OTHERS Before we can serve someone, we have to truly see them. Not just notice that they’re there, but recognize when someone is hurting, lonely, overwhelmed, searching, or simply needs someone to stop and care. Our mission field may not be somewhere far away—it may be the person God has already placed right in front of us. 🤲 FREE TO SERVE Jesus didn’t just notice people—He did something about what He saw. In John 13, Jesus demonstrated servant leadership by washing His disciples’ feet, showing us that following Him means being willing to lay down our status, comfort, schedule, preferences, and pride to serve others. 🔥 “Do as I have done.” Freedom in Christ isn’t about making life all about us. It’s about becoming free enough to take our eyes off ourselves and ask: Who has God placed in front of me? Do I see them? And what can I do to serve them? 💙 Join us as we discover what it looks like to live FREE TO SEE, FREE TO SERVE, and FREE TO LOVE like Jesus. 🎧 Listen now and be challenged to look around you with open eyes, open ears, open hands, and a heart ready to serve! #LiveFree #ServeOthers #ChristianPodcast #Faith #Jesus #ServantLeadership #ChristianLiving #LoveLikeJesus #Galatians513 #John13 🙏🔥

Live Free: The Most Dangerous Sign of the End Times Isn't What You Think

We are talking about the end times and preparing for the return of Christ. I believe Jesus is coming soon. No one knows the day or hour, but there will be signs. From now until November we’re looking at this from every angle. Stay connected, use the study helps, and don’t miss a message—this is vital for living victoriously in the days ahead. We live from victory, not for it. Jesus wins. Concurrent with the decay of the world is the rise of the church—called to be light in the darkness and a refuge for the broken. The most dangerous sign for the church is in 1 Timothy 4:1-2: some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. This is a gradual drifting caused by pride—the same sin that began with Lucifer and showed up in the Garden. All doctrine of demons is a perversion of the doctrine of God. God is love (1 John 4:7-8). When we respond out of anger instead of forgiveness, we are following the wrong strategy. A better symbol for the end of the age is a pitcher, not an ax. God is pouring out of His Spirit on all flesh (Acts 2:17). We are filled and called to let rivers of living water flow. Some will depart, but we will be agents of hope—carrying the message of healing and the living water of Jesus. Stay grounded in humility. If the highest place I reach is at Your feet, then I’ve done it all.
