    Girl Enjoy the Now

What if becoming the woman you’re praying to be didn’t require you to rush through the woman you are right now? September to Remember started as a personal challenge to live more intentionally. To be present in my own life instead of constantly looking ahead to the next goal, milestone, or version of myself. And somewhere along the way, it became a much bigger reminder: you can be becoming her while still loving and enjoying her right now. In this episode, we’re talking about what it looks like to build a life that feels aligned from the inside out. Staying connected to God, practicing the habits of the woman you’re becoming, caring for your body, giving yourself permission to change, and making room for JOY while you grow. You don't have to wait until you've arrived to start living. You don't have to hate where you are to be excited about where you're going. And you certainly don't need a new year, new month, or dramatic life event to decide that something changes today. Enjoy the now. Love God now. Take care of yourself now. Laugh now. Rest now. Start the dream now. You're becoming her — just don't forget to love her right now, too. 🤍✨ 🌿 Stay Connected Beyond the Mic If today’s episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to stay connected beyond the mic. You can explore more faith-filled blogs, reflections, and resources on the website, join our private Facebook community for deeper conversations and encouragement, and follow along on social media for daily reminders, motivation, and real-life glow-ups. And if you’re in a season where you’re ready for more clarity, confidence, deeper faith, and a life that feels aligned with the woman you’re becoming, you can also learn more about working with me through my coaching experiences. We can start with a complimentary discovery call to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what areas of your life may need a little GLAM touch-up. 💕 If you ever want to chat, share a testimony, or just say hey, you can reach out via email — I truly love hearing from you. 💌 And if you enjoy seeing the conversation, be sure to check out the visual version of the podcast on YouTube. ✨ Website: https://notasglamorous.podia.com/ ✨ Private Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/notasglamorous ✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/notasglamorous/ ✨ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@glam0ur_girl ✨ Email: NotAsGlamorous@gmail.com

    Getting Back To The Basics

Getting Back to the Basics Sometimes the next level doesn’t require something new , it requires a stronger foundation. In this episode of the Not As Glamorous Podcast, we’re getting back to the basics. With school back in session and everyone settling into routines again, it’s the perfect reminder that sometimes we need a little review too. Before we keep chasing the next goal, opportunity, relationship, or version of ourselves, we have to ask: Is my foundation strong enough to hold what I’m asking God for? We’re talking about what it means to build your life on the Rock and why the storms of life often reveal cracks that were already there. A strong foundation doesn’t mean you’ll never experience disappointment, uncertainty, heartbreak, or change — it means those things don’t have the power to completely uproot you. And sometimes strengthening that foundation is a lot simpler than we make it. It may mean returning to prayer, Scripture, movement, rest, budgeting, boundaries, discipline, or simply keeping the promises you make to yourself. The basics may not always feel exciting, but they’re often the very things that keep us grounded. So instead of asking, “What else do I need to add?” maybe the better question is: What do I already know I need to return to? Going back to the basics isn’t going backward. Sometimes it’s exactly how God prepares you to build higher. 🌿 Stay Connected Beyond the Mic If today’s episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to stay connected beyond the mic. Me Lovin' My Partner

At this age after dating and being in relationships, I can honestly say romantic love has taught me more about myself than I ever expected! Relationships are mirrors!! They reflect your communication style, your emotional patterns, your triggers, your expectations, and the places where healing is still needed. And if we’re being honest, sometimes it’s uncomfortable to look at what that mirror is showing. In this episode, we talk about what happens when you stop blaming and start reflecting. The ways relationships expose how we handle conflict, disappointment, vulnerability, and validation. The difference between chemistry and alignment. Why shared values matter more than sparks. And why love is never meant to be carried by one person alone. Romantic love at its best doesn’t complete you — it complements you! It asks you to grow. It asks you to communicate. It asks you to know yourself well enough to show up whole instead of losing yourself in the process. I’ll leave you with one honest question: What has love taught you about yourself? 🌿 Stay Connected Beyond the Mic If today’s episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to stay connected beyond the mic. Me Lovin' Fam & Friends

In this episode of the Love Series, we’re talking about the kind of love that runs deep — family and friendships. I share what it’s meant to be the oldest daughter, the “second mom,” the example, the Teetee. How family shaped me. How roles shift as we grow. And how love evolves through grace, patience, and maturity. We also talk about chosen family — the friends who become siblings, who show up in quiet seasons, who sit with you in the in-between moments of life. Because love isn’t always loud.Sometimes it looks like presence.Sometimes it looks like consistency.Sometimes it’s simply checking in. Family and friends are gifts! And time is precious!! 💌 LOVE MONTH GIVEAWAY In honor of Love Month, I want to show love back to YOU — my supporters. Me Lovin' Me

In this episode of the Love Series, we’re turning the focus inward. Because before romantic love…Before friendships…Before any relationship outside of you… There’s the one you have with yourself! I’m sharing what self-love looks like for me in this season — not the aesthetic version, but the intentional version. The version that looks like solo dates, setting boundaries, regulating my nervous system, protecting my peace, and learning how to show up for myself consistently. Self-love isn’t just bubble baths and affirmations. Sometimes it’s hard decisions. Sometimes it’s saying no. Sometimes it’s choosing yourself when you used to overextend. The longest relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. So the question becomes — how are you tending to it? 💌 LOVE MONTH GIVEAWAY In honor of Love Month, I want to show love back to YOU — my supporters. The Real Meaning of Overflow

Overflow isn’t about having more. It’s about what flows through you to others. In this episode, we’re reframing what overflow really means and why God never intended His blessings to stop with us. We’re talking about scarcity mindset, abundance, generosity, and the heart posture behind giving....not in a flashy way, but in a faith-filled, intentional way. This conversation is for anyone who’s learning how to live open-handed instead of clenched, how to trust God beyond fear, and how to let their blessings circulate instead of stagnate. You don’t need excess to live an overflow life you just need obedience, faith, and a willing hea! If you’ve ever wondered how generosity fits into your walk with God, or how your small acts can make a real impact, this episode is for you. If today’s episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to stay connected beyond the mic. Get Your Mind Together

There was a time when I believed in God’s power… but underestimated the power of my mind! In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about mental strength, emotional discipline, and mindset renewal — and how every breakthrough God has for us first requires inner alignment. I’m sharing how God didn’t ask me to hustle harder, pray louder, or move faster — He asked me to think differently. This episode is for the woman who knows God has more for her — but senses that her mindset is the doorway to that next level. Because success, stability, and confidence don’t start with circumstances… they start with how you think! 🤍 If today’s episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to stay connected beyond the mic.
