Lessons to My Teenage Self is the shortcut I wish I had for taking care of my physical, mental and spiritual health. I'm sharing what I wish I knew about everything from body image to food to mental health all in a diet culture-free way so you can enjoy the peace and freedom God has for you. And as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ll cover questions I’ve received from my clients over the years.
