Oklahoma’s Georgia Disaster, Nebraska’s Big Statement & Texas Holds On to No. 1 | Pryor to the Snap

Oklahoma got absolutely WORKED by Georgia, and the Sooners have plenty to answer for. On this week’s Pryor to the Snap, we break down the ugly loss to the Bulldogs and everything that went wrong for Oklahoma. John Mateer’s performance has Joe Corley fired up, and Joe does NOT hold back about what he saw from the Oklahoma quarterback. Was this just one horrible night, or are there bigger problems brewing in Norman? But while one Oklahoma team was taking a beating, another Oklahoma team was making a statement. Oklahoma State went into Morgantown and came away with a huge 41-24 win over West Virginia, putting together a dominant second half and finally getting back on the right side of the Big 12. The Cowboys are now getting national attention and moving into the Top 25 conversation after another impressive performance from quarterback Drew Mestemaker. Is Oklahoma State becoming one of the biggest surprises in college football this season? Meanwhile, Kassie Stevens is riding high as the Nebraska Cornhuskers continue to make some noise, and she has plenty to say about what she’s seeing from her Huskers. Shaun is taking a much more guarded approach to his Texas Longhorns, who are back at No. 1 in the nation after surviving Tennessee. Are the Longhorns really the best team in the country, or did they just barely escape a huge challenge? And then there’s Dylan Raiola. Did the Nebraska quarterback have ANOTHER coming-out party on the road at Oregon? After Dante Moore went down with a scary concussion, Raiola stepped up and helped lead the Ducks to a huge win over USC. We break down his performance, Nebraska’s growth, and what this could mean moving forward. Oklahoma. Georgia. Oklahoma State. West Virginia. Nebraska. Texas. Oregon. Dylan Raiola. John Mateer. And plenty of college football arguments along the way. Joe has opinions. Kassie has reasons to celebrate. Shaun is trying not to get too excited about Texas. You already know this one is going to get heated. This is Pryor to the Snap.

WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT, OKLAHOMA?! OU IN CHAOS, OK STATE RISING KIFFIN & CO, NEBRASKA AND MORE

Oklahoma walked out of its game against New Mexico with more questions than answers, and on this episode of Pryor to the Snap, we break down the madness from Norman. The Sooners have now fallen out of the Top 25, Georgia is coming to town in just six days, and the biggest question is simple: Can Oklahoma actually find an offense that works, or is this what the rest of the season is going to look like? Then we turn our attention to Stillwater, where Oklahoma State put together a dominant shutout win at home in front of a sold out crowd. Shaun goes on a full blown booster rant about how good it feels to see Oklahoma State winning and putting on a show at home. But next comes West Virginia, and after watching Michael Hawkins Jr. put up FIVE TOUCHDOWNS, the Cowboys are going to have a completely different challenge next weekend. Nebraska keeps rolling, coming out of the gate in BEAST MODE and handling business. Kassie wants to know: Has Nebraska officially arrived in its final form, or are we still not ready to trust the Cornhuskers? And then there is Texas. Shaun has some explaining to do about the Longhorns after another frustrating offensive performance, with Tennessee waiting in Knoxville. Can Texas figure things out before walking into one of the most hostile environments in college football? And what about Josh Heupel? Shaun still isn't buying that the Tennessee head coach has completely abandoned his Air Raid roots. We also dive into Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss, the LSU loss, and the postgame interview that went completely off the rails when Harold Perkins Jr. let the frustration fly. PLUS, we've got a brand new BUY, SELL OR B.S. segment where the crew gets presented with different college football takes and has to decide whether they're buying it, selling it, or calling complete B.S. Joe Corley brings his usual crimson and cream perspective with plenty of questions, answers and analysis about what is going wrong at Oklahoma, what comes next for Brent Venables and his coaching staff, and where the Sooners go from here. OU. OSU. Texas. Nebraska. Tennessee. Ole Miss. LSU. There is A LOT to talk about. This is Pryor to the Snap. Let's get into it.

OKLAHOMA SHOCKED, TEXAS SURVIVES & OKLAHOMA STATE STUNS OREGON! | PRYOR TO THE SNAP

College football just gave us one HELL of a Saturday, and we are breaking it all down on this week’s episode of Pryor to the Snap! Oklahoma falls to Michigan, but the biggest surprise may have been what we saw from John Mateer at quarterback. Was there enough to build on? What went wrong? And what the hell happened with the Oklahoma offensive line? Meanwhile, the Oklahoma defense continues to show why this team can still be dangerous moving forward. Then there’s Texas vs Ohio State. It looked like Texas was destined to lose this game, but the Longhorns completely flipped the script in the 4th quarter and turned it into an absolute BURNER of a football game. Why couldn’t Texas get it going earlier, and what does this game tell us about where the Longhorns are headed? Nebraska handled Bowling Green decisively, and yes, some will say, “It’s just Bowling Green.” But after years of Nebraska struggling against teams they were supposed to beat, getting the job done with a confident offense and putting points on the board is a BIG deal. And then… OKLAHOMA STATE. The Cowboys shocked the college football world by taking down #6 Oregon in Stillwater, and we are still trying to figure out what the hell we just watched. Shaun is shook. Kassie is shook. Joe might be shook. Everybody is shook. Kassie goes ALL IN pressing Shaun and Joe for answers on John Mateer, Oklahoma, Texas and why these teams weren’t getting it done earlier. The crew also looks ahead and asks the big question: Where do these teams go from here? Plus, we build our NEW AP Top 25 and debate who deserves to move up, who needs to move down and who has officially entered the conversation. Oklahoma. Texas. Nebraska. Oklahoma State. Big Ten football. SEC football. Upsets. Surprises. Hot takes. Arguments. ALL THIS AND MORE on this week’s PRYOR TO THE SNAP! LIKE SHARE SUBSCRIBE DROP YOUR TOP 25 IN THE COMMENTS

COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS BACK AND WE’RE ALREADY LOSING OUR MINDS! | LSU-CLEMSON, DABO, KIFFIN, MICHIGAN, OU & MORE

COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS BACK… AND SO ARE WE! And this week on Pryor to the Snap, ALL THREE OF US are fired up, loud, opinionated and ready to argue about EVERYTHING! 🔥 LSU vs. Clemson gets the show started as LaShaun goes completely nuclear on Lane Kiffin and his ability to turn himself into a walking social media soundbite machine. LaShaun sees parallels between Kiffin and Jerry Buss taking over the Lakers and realizing that sometimes you don’t just build a team… YOU BUILD A SHOW! Is Kiffin doing the same thing with college football? 🐯 And then we head to Clemson, where NOBODY is holding back on Dabo Swinney. Is his time at Clemson finally coming to an end? LaShaun says FIRE DABO AT THE END OF THE SEASON and go get Brent Venables back from Oklahoma! Kassie and Joe aren't exactly buying that plan, and both fire back with rants of their own! ☝️ Joe breaks down Oklahoma's Week 1 win over UTEP and why the Sooners' offense looked efficient, organized and well put together. And with Michigan coming to town, the excitement is building quickly. 🚨 Speaking of Michigan… LaShaun is STILL PISSED about the ending of Michigan's win over Western Michigan. The clock gets put back on the scoreboard and LaShaun calls it a MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE! Now he's calling on every Oklahoma fan to get behind the Sooners and PULL A PLOW THROUGH MICHIGAN next weekend! 🌽 Kassie is feeling VERY good about Nebraska football after what she saw in Week 1. A competent running game? A quarterback who looks like he can actually get the job done? Kassie is buying into the Huskers this year, and Joe agrees! 💥 But then Kassie and LaShaun get into it over Ohio defender Akerman, who sacked the Nebraska quarterback and threw up the Bones to the crowd. The twist? He's a Nebraska kid who was recruited by the Huskers… and they didn't take him. Now he gets his revenge at Memorial Stadium by dropping their quarterback. Was it disrespectful? Was it deserved? THIS ONE GETS HEATED! 😳 And then there's Oklahoma State. The entire crew tries to figure out WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO OKLAHOMA STATE?! What's next for Eric Morris and the Cowboys? Where does this program go from here? How is the fan base going to respond? And what can Oklahoma State fans realistically expect moving forward? Because right now, Oklahoma State owns the longest losing streak in the FBS… and things are looking BAD in Stillwater. 😂 And LaShaun takes a victory lap over Michigan's decision to hire Kyle Whittingham, reminding everyone that he said from the beginning that Michigan had hired the wrong guy. Now he's predicting Dave Portnoy is going to want a REFUND for all the money he's poured into the program! Three hosts. Three opinions. ZERO chance everybody agrees. This is a LONG, LOUD, PASSIONATE AND ABSOLUTELY CHAOTIC Week 1 episode of Pryor to the Snap. College football is officially back. And apparently… so are the arguments. 😂🔥🏈 #PryorToTheSnap #CollegeFootball #CFB #OklahomaFootball #TexasFootball #NebraskaFootball #Clemson #LSU #MichiganFootball #OklahomaState #SEC #BigTen #Big12

WEEK 0 WENT CRAZY! USC, FLORIDA STATE, JACKSON ARNOLD, TEXAS & OU — WHO ARE WE BUYING?

College football is BACK, and Pryor to the Snap is coming out swinging after a wild Week 0! Shaun, Kassie and Joe break down the biggest performances, surprises, disappointments and questions coming out of the opening weekend of the 2026 college football season. From USC's 42-26 win over San Jose State to Florida State's 34-17 victory over New Mexico State, Stanford's wild comeback against Hawai'i, North Carolina's win over TCU, Virginia's statement win over NC State, North Dakota State's FBS debut and UNLV's 27-21 loss to Memphis — we are talking about ALL OF IT. 🔥 USC — ARE THE TROJANS FOR REAL? USC opened the season ranked No. 14 and jumped all over San Jose State, leading 35-3 before allowing a huge fourth-quarter rally. Jayden Maiava was efficient, throwing for 286 yards and two touchdowns. Is USC actually a contender, or did Week 0 simply give us another preseason-ranked team that looks better on paper than it does on the field? 🔥 SHAUN RIPS INTO FLORIDA STATE! Florida State got the win, but Shaun isn't handing out participation trophies. The Seminoles beat New Mexico State 34-17, but the defense didn't look nearly as dominant as Shaun expected against an opponent FSU should have controlled. Is Mike Norvell already facing serious pressure? And if that defense doesn't improve, could Florida State be looking at major coaching changes before the season is over? 🔥 JACKSON ARNOLD & UNLV We break down Jackson Arnold's Week 0 performance against Memphis, including the offensive-line problems that put him under constant pressure. Arnold threw for 291 yards and two touchdowns, but Memphis got to him six times as UNLV's preseason expectations took an early hit. 🔥 THE HEISMAN TROPHY & OUR TOO-EARLY QB WATCH LIST Who are the quarterbacks we're watching right now? Who has a legitimate Heisman argument? And which preseason stars are already making us wonder if the hype is bigger than the actual football? 🔥 OVERRATED! Which college football teams are being talked about WAY too much? We're calling out the programs we think are getting more preseason respect than they've earned — and explaining who we believe could crash the party instead. 🔥 CAN NFL PLAYERS REALLY COME BACK TO COLLEGE? The college football world has been thrown into another eligibility mess after court rulings opened the door for former professional players to return to college football. The Big Ten and SEC have now moved to block athletes with previous professional experience from returning, creating another massive debate over NIL, eligibility, roster spots and the future of college athletics. 🔥 LANE KIFFIN, LSU & THE LOUISIANA DEBATE We get into the controversy surrounding Lane Kiffin and LSU, including the debate over public money, college football spending and the attitude that winning is all that matters. How far is too far when taxpayers and public institutions are involved? And should Louisiana fans and lawmakers care HOW Kiffin wins — or only whether he wins? 🔥 TEXAS & OKLAHOMA — HERE WE GO! The Longhorns and Sooners haven't even played yet, but the expectations are already enormous. Texas opens September 5 against Texas State before immediately getting Ohio State in Week 2 on September 12. Oklahoma opens against UTEP before traveling to Michigan in Week 2. Both teams then face Tennessee and Georgia, respectively, in Week 3/4 before eventually meeting in the Red River Rivalry on October 10. What do Texas and Oklahoma need to show us in Week 1 to make us feel good? What would make us nervous? And what are we expecting when the Longhorns face Ohio State and the Sooners travel to Michigan? We also talk a little Nebraska, break down what we saw from the Week 0 teams, look ahead at where these programs could finish the season, and make some early calls about who is real, who is fake and who is about to get exposed. 🏈 PLUS: WHAT DOES A "GOOD" WEEK 1 ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE? We're ending the show with the question every fan needs to answer: What do we NEED to see from our teams in Week 1 before we're willing to say, "Yeah...I'm happy with that"? 🏃‍♂️ SHAUN'S RUNNING CORNER A big shoutout to SpiBelt for sending Shaun a FREE pack! Shaun gives his honest thoughts and explains why he recommends SpiBelt to other runners looking for a way to carry their essentials while running. And if you're collecting virtual race medals, check out U.Run, where Shaun has been getting his virtual 5K medals. 🎮 GO FOLLOW JOE! Joe is working toward 100 followers so he can go LIVE on Facebook and stream his games! Follow Joe on Twitch and Facebook and help us get him to that 100-follower milestone. This is Pryor to the Snap — college football opinions, arguments, predictions, hot takes and absolutely ZERO shortage of things to complain about. 🔥 LIKE. FOLLOW. SUBSCRIBE. SHARE. BOOS, PORTALS & BIG QUESTIONS! | Longhorns, Sooners, Huskers & The 2-Minute Drill | Pryor to the Snap

The FULL CREW IS BACK! Shaun, Joe, and Kassie are together for one of the most animated, opinionated, and entertaining episodes of Pryor to the Snap yet! College football is heating up, and we’re getting into A LOT—from the transfer portal and player loyalty to one of the biggest debates in college sports: Is it okay to boo a college football player who is making millions, or should fans still treat them like kids? We dive deep into the teams we know and love, including the Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Longhorns, and Nebraska Cornhuskers, and there is PLENTY to talk about. What is going on with the Texas Longhorns? We discuss player dismissals, the rumors surrounding the program, questions about what’s happening behind the scenes, and why Arch Manning hasn’t exactly looked like the unstoppable quarterback many expected. Meanwhile, things sound much more positive coming out of Oklahoma’s camp, with the major exception of an injury to the Sooners’ center. And in Nebraska, Matt Rhule continues to give fans plenty of reasons for optimism—but are the Huskers actually in a good spot, or are we still waiting to find out? Then we turn our attention to Clemson, Alabama, and the changing landscape of college football. After a Clemson player is dismissed, what does that say about where the program is today? And is Alabama still the Alabama we’ve come to expect—or are the Crimson Tide a different team in the post-Nick Saban era? We also have rapid-fire questions, game predictions, plenty of arguments, plenty of laughs, and the debut of an ALL-NEW segment: 🏈 THE TWO-MINUTE DRILL One question. Two minutes. No overthinking. No long speeches. Just two minutes for each host to give their completely honest opinion before we move on! And, of course, we’re talking about the big game across the pond in Ireland—who takes the win between TCU and North Carolina? Plus, Shaun talks about one of the brands he genuinely loves as a runner: U.RUN. They’ve hooked him up with some awesome race medals and opportunities, and Shaun explains why he stands behind the brand and recommends U.RUN to fellow runners looking for a way to save money, participate in races, and race on their own schedule. College football. Transfer portal chaos. Loyalty. Booing players. Longhorn drama. Sooner optimism. Husker questions. Alabama without Saban. Clemson controversy. Predictions. The Two-Minute Drill. And a whole lot of Shaun, Joe, and Kassie being Shaun, Joe, and Kassie. This is Pryor to the Snap. Buckle up.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL CHAOS, HOT TAKES & COMPLETE MELTDOWNS, A TRUE POOP SHOW

🚨 WARNING: THIS MAY BE THE CRAZIEST, LOUDEST, MOST UNHINGED EPISODE OF PRYOR TO THE SNAP WE HAVE EVER RECORDED. 🚨 This one has everything — insane opinions, screaming, arguments, uncontrollable laughter, a little vulgarity, plenty of college football trash talk, mention of two ladies and a cup and three hosts who absolutely refuse to back down from their takes. Shaun comes in LOUD and opinionated about college football teams all across America, and honestly… it gets almost scary. 😂 Joe keeps it brutally real about his Oklahoma Sooners and every other team, while Kassie goes NUCLEAR on Shaun and Joe for already doubting her Nebraska Cornhuskers. Every year Kassie says she's not going to get excited about Nebraska. Every year she says she's going to keep her expectations realistic. And every year… HERE WE GO AGAIN. 😂 The entire crew makes their 2026 win-loss predictions for their favorite teams, their biggest rivals, AND a completely random team. Shaun and Joe somehow land on the exact same record for Oklahoma State, while the Texas and Oklahoma predictions turn into exactly the kind of heated debate you'd expect from this crew. But that's only the beginning. Before the picks, Kassie puts Shaun and Joe through 7 brutally revealing questions that lead to some absolutely ridiculous answers. Lane Kiffin and Brian Kelly catch so many strays throughout this episode that they might need to file a missing persons report. And we finally find out just how much Shaun REALLY cannot stand Brian Kelly. 😂 Then comes the debate over who should be No. 5 at LSU, and everybody has an opinion about who's right, who's wrong and what the hell is actually going on with the latest lawsuit madness. Kassie also asks the guys: 🔥 Which rivalry would you bring back if you could restart ANY rivalry in college football? 🔥 If you could erase ONE college football team from history completely, who would it be? 🔥 Which teams are we WAY too high on? 🔥 Which teams are we WAY too low on? And then, of course, we get into the records. Texas. Oklahoma. Nebraska. Oklahoma State. Rivalries. Random teams. Bold predictions. Bad predictions. Possible hot takes. This episode is an absolute mess — and we mean that as a compliment. It's loud. It's ridiculous. It's hilarious. It's slightly inappropriate. It's brutally honest. It's full of powerful opinions. And nobody is safe. This isn't just Pryor to the Snap. This is Pryor to the Snap completely losing its damn mind. 🎙️ WATCH/LISTEN NOW — AND TELL US WHICH 2026 RECORD PREDICTION YOU THINK WE GOT COMPLETELY WRONG. #PryorToTheSnap #CollegeFootball #TexasLonghorns #OklahomaSooners #Nebraska #OklahomaState #CFB #CollegeFootball2026 #SEC #Big12 #FootballTalk #HotTakes
