    What Does That Word Mean? Today the kids challenge Eric to using certain words in the show. While fun, it demonstrated that words have certain meanings. When the media or the government starts twisting and changing the meaning of words, we need to start questioning things. Today you hear how all these different things are "existential threats." What does that mean? Why are they using that term? Whose existence is being threatened? Or are they just trying to make something sound worse than it actually is? We talk about words as they apply to medicine, politics, travel, fairy tales, and education. If you don't understand words, it is a threat to your existence. You need to understand what others are saying and question the results. You have to take responsibility. Only then can you get what YOU want instead of what someone else wants for you!     Challenges of Living Forever The AI race is moving fast, even though many problems are showing that could end humanity or make life worse for us. Why are those in power pushing for this? Some believe that AI will make it so that they can live forever, either by "curing" aging or by allowing the download of their consciousness. Even if we only extend our life expectancy to 200 years, there is a list of problems that this creates. We talk about some of those problems as well as evolution and how new generations help with this. We could stop the AI insanity by stopping data centers, which has been a large issue around the country. People are starting to wake up to all the downside of AI and data centers, and this is causing a lot of pushback by the citizens. How can we get our elected officials to pay attention? Since the two parties we have now are not helping, it may be time for a change. We don't need to live forever. We choose quality over quantity!     FF: Less Death; More Freedom They sell socialism as something that provides "free" stuff to people - like free healthcare and free education. So why are Canadians coming to the U.S. for better healthcare? Why would someone from Cuba create a makeshift raft to use in hopes that they can make it to the U.S.? People around the world are starting to realize that the promises made by governments aren't turning out the way they thought it would. They are starting to realize that the free stuff isn't as good as the things they paid for before. Governments are changing the meanings of words in order to get the results that they want from the citizens. They take actions to gain more control over the people. If you want a better life, you need to take responsibility for yourself, learn what you need to know to make better decisions, and take action to make the changes you need. If you fail, it is on you. If you succeed, it is because you chose well. You will not need to wait for some 3rd party to step in or hope that what you get from that 3rd party is what you'll want. You can achieve prosperity and freedom by taking responsibility for yourself. Only then can you create the life you want for yourself!     Political Plots and Ploys The government's decisions work against you, making it difficult to become wealthy. The government is not only inflating the currency but also owns part of over 30 companies. France has done this already with companies like the Renault car company. You can not use the old methods to get ahead. We need to recognize the ploys that the government officials are using prior to the election. A few weeks ago, we were not supposed to like Russia. Now, we have made a deal with them that bails us out with our lack of diesel. Politicians want to take the red diesel from farmers to give it to the truckers. They can make a lot of promises, but there are frequently unintended consequences that make things more difficult in the future. We need to be aware of the moral hazard of actions like bailouts. What is the trajectory of America? Join us as we talk about some of the plots and ploys that are going on this election season. The world seems to slowly be losing its morality.
