    Your External Reflects Your Internal

Your environment is not just where you are—it’s shaping who you are becoming. In this episode, we dive into the powerful connection between your external world and your internal reality. The spaces you occupy, the conversations you entertain, the people you surround yourself with—they are either reinforcing your growth or quietly keeping you stuck. If you’re feeling misaligned, unmotivated, or disconnected from the person you know you’re meant to be, it may not be a discipline problem—it may be an environment problem. I’m breaking down how to evaluate your current environment, recognize what’s no longer serving you, and intentionally build a life that supports your energy, your goals, and your calling. Because the truth is, you can’t expect to become someone new while staying in spaces that were built for the old version of you. This episode will challenge you to take ownership of what’s around you so you can fully step into who you were created to be. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. It doesn’t have to be quantum leaps, in fact I believe that in the day to day -our little steps in the right directions!  I am on a mission to help women become more of who they were created to be and less of who they were told to be. And, that takes intention, that takes action : My goal is to drop some wisdom, bring you resources and that takes community.  The real unlock is the Inner Work, and that’s what we do here!  If you enjoyed today's episode, please: • Post a screenshot & key takeaway on your IG story and tag me @thejenkeller or  @projectyou  so we can repost you. • Leave a positive review or rating  For more ways to do the inner work you can find me on @thejenkeller on instagram and Jennifer Keller on Facebook and to join our exclusive Facebook community Project YOU  To do the inner work visit jenkeller.net

Leading Through Life While Living It

There’s a version of leadership no one talks about enough—the kind that doesn’t happen when everything is perfect, but in the middle of the mess, the growth, and the uncertainty. In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to go first—to be the one who chooses courage, discipline, and faith when it would be easier to wait. To be the person others can look to, not because you have it all figured out, but because you’re willing to walk through it. But this is also a reminder I needed myself… These are the days. The ones we’ll look back on years from now and wish we could step into just one more time. The ordinary, the hard, the beautiful, the stretching seasons—we’re living in them right now. So the question becomes: Are you rushing through it… or are you leading through it? Are you waiting… or are you going first? This episode will challenge you to: Step into leadership in your real, everyday lifeStop waiting for the “perfect time”Become someone others can draw strength fromAnd most importantly… be present enough to actually live the life you’re buildingBecause one day, this moment will matter more than you realize. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. Stop Waiting to Be Chosen

How many times have you found yourself waiting… Waiting to be invited. Waiting to be included. Waiting to be recognized. Waiting to be chosen. In this episode, we’re having an honest and empowering conversation about the subtle ways we hand our power over by waiting for others to validate, include, or elevate us. Because here’s the truth: The women who build the most aligned, impactful, and fulfilling lives aren’t waiting… they’re leading. They choose themselves. They go first. They create the opportunities, relationships, and environments they once hoped to be invited into. I share my personal experience of being “the inviter,” the internal battles that come with it, and the mindset shift that changed everything for me—from feeling overlooked to stepping fully into ownership and purpose. Inside this episode, we’ll talk about: Why waiting to be chosen keeps you stuckThe hidden ways this shows up in friendships, business, and leadershipHow to reframe rejection and stop questioning your worthPractical ways to start choosing yourself and taking action todayIf you’ve ever felt overlooked, under-invited, or like you’re always the one going first… this episode is for you. It’s time to stop waiting. It’s time to choose yourself. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. When Doubt Is an Invitation

We started the year on fire. Clear vision. Big goals. Momentum. And then… something shifted. In this episode, I’m sharing vulnerably about a quieter season I’ve stepped into — a season of doubt, body insecurity, lower energy, and that subtle pull to slow down and look within. If you’ve felt the winter blues, the mid-goal slump, or the pressure of trying to build a business, raise a family, and hold it all together at the same time… this conversation is for you. We’ll talk about: The science behind seasonal dips in mood and motivationWhy the “messy middle” of goal pursuit feels so hardHow to tell the difference between burnout and misalignment5 practical ways to recalibrate without quittingThis isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about aligning deeper. If you’re in a low hum season — not broken, not failing, just quieter — this episode will remind you that roots grow in winter. And roots change everything. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. Leading Through Overwhelm Without Lowering the Standard

We’re halfway through the first quarter. The excitement of the new year has worn off. The goals are still big. The pressure is real. And if we’re honest… we’re tired. In this episode of The Jen Keller Show, Jen dives into something every high-performing leader experiences but rarely talks about: overwhelm. You’ll learn why overwhelm is not a character flaw but a nervous system response — and how research from the American Psychological Association and Stanford University shows that pressure can either break you or build you depending on the story you attach to it. This episode will help you: ·       Navigate having work to do while genuinely needing rest ·       Lead with empathy without lowering standards ·       Hold your team accountable during adversity ·       Stay steady when you are personally feeling stretched ·       Build a culture that values psychological safety and disciplined execution Jen also shares tactical mid-quarter reset strategies you can implement immediately — for yourself and your team — so you can finish Q1 strong without burning out. Pressure means you’re in the game. And being in the game is a privilege. If you’re a leader — in business, at home, or in your community — this episode will help you reset, refocus, and rise. A Life in Bloom: Living Fully Without Burning Out

What if burnout isn’t a failure… but a signal? In this episode of The Jen Keller Show, Jen shares her personal experience with burnout—not from a place of collapse, but from clarity. This conversation is about learning to live a full, meaningful life without burning it all down. Jen opens up about loving her life and still feeling stretched, being deeply seen but not truly known, numbing through productivity and socially acceptable habits, and the health wake-up call that forced her to slow down. She explores nervous system regulation, the cost of carrying too much for too long, and why the search for the “next big thing” often pulls us further away from the rhythm we actually need. This episode is for high-capacity humans—men and women who lead, serve, care deeply, and want to grow without losing themselves along the way. If you’ve ever thought, “I just thought it would be better than this,” this episode is an invitation to pause, listen, and begin again. Because burnout isn’t the end of the story. A life in bloom is still possible. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. If I Could Go Back: Redefining Success, Motherhood, and the Season I Tried to Prove Everything

In this episode, I reflect on a season of my life where success looked like grinding, proving, and rushing back before I was ready. Through two powerful photos—one on stage receiving an award with my baby strapped to my chest, and another back in the office just days postpartum—I unpack the story so many working mothers live quietly.  This episode is an honest conversation about redefining success, releasing the need for validation, and embracing the truth that motherhood and ambition were never meant to compete. If you’ve ever felt torn between building a life and being present for it, this episode will remind you that you’re not behind—you’re becoming. In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.  We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it.
