    85. Regrets

    In this episode, I’m speaking honestly about regret. The past five months have stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. I gave too much to the wrong person. I ignored red flags. I chose gentleness when maybe I should have chosen distance. Sometimes I wish I could be mean. I wish I could detach faster. I wish I didn’t love so deeply. I’m in Trinidad gearing up for carnival celebration while being on an emotional roller coaster and it sucks. One minute I feel there’s progress the next everything has gone to shit again. If I could offer any advice don’t be like me. Focus on yourself, enjoy your carnival and come out of this season of lessons. It’s time to be wise.
