    Therapy 101

    In today’s episode, I recorded at Hope Church in Memphis, Tennessee, with my friends Virginia and Steve Tilleros. Virginia is a past client, friend, and Life Coach in Memphis and her husband Steve is on staff at Hope Church. As 3 professionals in the “helping” business, we wanted to have a conversation about the basics of therapy—Therapy 101.
