#25 - The Warriors Blueprint with Dr. Jake Huebner

Unlocking Your Health Potential & Decoding the Warrior inside - Join us for a Holistic Deep Dive into Health, Wellness and Elite Performance with Dr. Jake Huebner. Introduction: In the quest for health and high performance, many individuals struggle to find effective solutions that resonate with their unique body types and lifestyles. In this enlightening podcast episode, Dr. Jake Huebner shares his journey and insights on how a holistic approach, including genetic testing, bloodwork and precise Lifestyle adjustments can empower both, men and women to achieve their health & fitness goals.  Main Content: 1. **Meet Dr. Jake Huebner**   Dr. Jake Huebner is a chiropractor and the founder of Spartic Health, an online platform dedicated to health and wellness. With over 15 years of experience in bodybuilding and powerlifting, he combines his passion for fitness with a deep understanding of blood work and genetic testing. Dr. Huebner emphasizes the importance of realizing one’s full potential, not just physically, but also spiritually and emotionally. 2. **The Evolution of a Holistic Approach**   In the podcast, Dr. Huebner discusses how his background in chiropractic care led him to develop a more holistic approach to health. He acknowledges the limitations of traditional chiropractic methods and the stigma surrounding the profession. This realization prompted him to pursue additional avenues, such as rehabilitation techniques, blood work, and functional medicine, to create a comprehensive health solution for his clients.  3. **Understanding Genetics and Blood Work**   Dr. Huebner elaborates on the significance of genetics and blood work in personalizing health strategies. Using advanced genetic testing from 3 by 4 Genetics, he can evaluate over 170 genes across six health categories, including nutrition, recovery, and brain health. This detailed analysis helps patients understand their unique predispositions and how to manage them effectively. For instance, genetic tests reveal why certain individuals may respond differently to specific diets or exercise regimens. 4. **The Importance of Long-Term Commitment**   One of the key messages shared by Dr. Huebner is the need for patience and discipline when pursuing health goals. Many individuals seek quick fixes, but he highlights that true transformation requires consistent effort over time. He encourages clients to view their health journey as a long-term commitment rather than a short-term challenge. This mindset not only fosters resilience but also leads to sustainable results. 5. **Faith and Health**   The conversation also delves into the intersection of faith and health. Dr. Huebner and Susann Michaelis reflect on their shared belief that the body is a temple and should be treated with care and respect. While not all of Dr. Huebner's clients share this faith, he integrates spiritual principles into his practice, encouraging clients to take a holistic view of their health that encompasses physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Conclusion:   Dr. Jake Huebner’s insights provide a refreshing perspective on health and wellness that prioritizes individuality and long-term commitment. By blending fitness, nutrition, and spirituality, he helps clients unlock their full potential and achieve their health goals. Key takeaways from this discussion include the importance of understanding your genetic makeup, the value of a holistic approach to health, and the necessity of patience and discipline in the journey toward wellness.  #HealthAndWellness #HolisticHealth #ChiropracticCare #GeneticTesting #FaithAndFitness #HealthyLifestyle #PersonalizedHealth #LongTermWellness

November isn’t just Thanksgiving month. It’s also Men’s Mental Health Month — a time to shed light on the silent struggles many men face. Especially our veterans, soldiers, and first responders — men who’ve seen things most of us can’t imagine, and who often carry that pain alone. Today’s episode is called “Finding Light in your Dark Season”, and we’re talking about why so many men — particularly those who’ve served — find themselves in a dark or “death” season mentally and emotionally… and how faith, Scripture, and community can lead them back into light.

#21 - THE HERO CODE. - Personality Traits that make you Outstanding (Book Review Admiral McRaven)

Welcome back after Summer Break, to the Simply SuccessFull Podcast, the place where we explore timeless wisdom for living, leading, and leaving a lasting impact. In today´s episode, we’re diving into something powerful: "success and the personality traits that fuel it". But we’re going to frame it around one of my favorite books from Admiral William McRaven : "The Hero Code". Now, when you hear “hero,” maybe you think of Marvel movies, capes, Ultra Athletes, or Navy Seals running into battlefield. But the truth is — every one of us carries a hero code within us. A set of traits, values, and choices that, when activated, can shape not only our success but the way we impact the world. We’ll connect the books and latest research finding to Scripture, because the Bible has long pointed us toward these same heroic qualities, as well. And by the end of this episode, my hope is that you’ll see that success isn’t about chasing a title, medals or outside validation — but it’s about living out your inner hero code daily and serve others. #20 Sacrifice or Dedication: Success Is All About Perspective

Today’s episode is titled:“Sacrifice or Dedication: Success Is All About Perspective.” Let’s talk about something that can make or break your journey— how you interpret your struggle. Are you seeing yourself as a victim of the grind… or as a victor rising through it? The Core Message Here’s the heart of it: The victim sees discipline as punishment. The victor sees it as preparation. The victim says, “I’m sacrificing so much.”The victor says, “I’m dedicating myself to what matters.”The pain is the same. The pressure is the same. But the perspective? That changes everything. So how do we shift from victim to victor? Reframe struggle as stewardshipWhatever season you’re in, see it as something entrusted to you—not done to you, but given for you.Build through obedienceJesus didn’t die just to forgive sins. He endured for the joy set before Him (Hebrews 12:2). Purpose reframes pain.Celebrate disciplineStop calling it sacrifice like it’s loss. Call it dedication like it’s your calling. So this week, here’s the challenge:When you feel the grind, ask yourself—“Am I sacrificing something... or dedicating myself to something?” You’ll be amazed at how that shift transforms the way you lead, build, and believe. Thanks for listening to the Simply SuccessFull Podcast. If this resonated with you, share it with someone who needs to hear it. Until next time—stay faithful, stay focused, and stay simply success-full.
