Let’s Talk about SEX Baby: A Modern Cowgirl’s Guide to Knowing Your Body - With Jo Robertson

Good morning CC babes, in this episode, we saddle up with leading sexologist, Jo Robertson, to talk about something every young woman deserves to understand: her own body. While conversations about sexual health have come a long way, many young women still grow up without clear, honest guidance about how their bodies work or how to care for them. Our guest breaks down the science and the myths in a way that feels empowering rather than awkward, explaining why body literacy—simply knowing what’s normal, what’s not, and how things change over time—is one of the most powerful tools a woman can have. From menstrual cycles to hormones, pleasure to protection, we explore how understanding these basics can help young women feel more confident, make safer choices, and advocate for their health when something doesn’t feel right. The conversation also rides into the practical side of sexual wellbeing: safety, boundaries, and recognizing signs and symptoms that shouldn’t be ignored. Jo explains how young women can learn to notice signs in their bodies and shifts in mood or libido that are totally normal and link to our everyday lives and cycle. Just like a seasoned cowgirl knows her horse and the country around her, knowing your body helps you navigate relationships, healthcare, and personal safety with confidence. We talk about communication, awareness, and the importance of knowing your body, all without shame or stigma. It’s an honest, down-to-earth discussion about respecting your body, trusting your instincts, and making sure every young woman has the knowledge she needs to stay safe, healthy, and firmly in the saddle of her own wellbeing. The Cowgirl Challenge: Small-Town Strength, Mental Toughness & Wellbeing – with Teek Carmichael

Hey CC babes!! In this episode, we finally sit down with Teek Carmichael - personal trainer, feedlotter, qualified nutritionist, and finance girlie. She's the engine behind the Cowgirl Challenge (and Cowboy Challenge) who grew up as a small-town-girl from Injune and decided that she would turn her grief into a sign to live life to the fullest without caring what other people think. Teek grew up understanding the values of hard work, resilience, and looking after the body and mind. Instead of chasing unrealistic fitness trends, she focuses on building strong foundations: movement that feels good, habits that last, and a mindset that celebrates what the body can do rather than how it simply looks. In this episode, we dive into how her journey was shaped by fitness, from former days pursing elite levels in Netball, to how it has created a social hub in her local community that brings people together. Her role in shaping the Cowgirl Challenge came from this very philosophy, creating something fun, empowering, and achievable that encourages rural women to reconnect with their bodies and build confidence through movement, strength, and healthy routines, no matter where you are located. Throughout this conversation, she shares why it’s so important for young women to understand their health and wellbeing beyond the numbers on a scale. She explains that fitness is about learning to listen to your body, recognising when you need rest, when you need fuel, and when something doesn’t feel quite right. From building strength and supporting mental health to developing sustainable habits around exercise, sleep, and nutrition, looking after your body is one of the most powerful forms of self-respect. A massive shoutout to Howdy Global, Katie B, and CMC Rocks for bringing you this episode!  If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! Tis the season for inner cowgirl CONFIDENCE - with Alys Green

Good morning CC babes, we are so excited to be back for SEASON 7, joining you this week with the ever so knowledgeable Alys Green from Revive with Alys. Alys is a mind coach who helps you truly understand what’s going on in your brain... your thoughts, patterns, triggers and responses, and how to gently rewire them when they’re no longer serving you. From mindset and awareness to nervous system regulation and breathwork, Alys creates the space for real clarity, growth and becoming. Tons can personally vouch for Alys and her work that it is truly life changing and has helped her to grow and evolve into the person she wants to be for her future self and hopefully one day, family of her own.  Throughout this episode with Alys we dive into how the brain and mind work and some strategies that people can use if they are dealing with particularly difficult situations. It is a sit down, one on two chat, aiming to answer some of the girls sent in worries, questions or perspectives for her to give us a little bit of background information and how we can then use this information to move forward in our lives and create happy, healthy and positive minds for ourselves, for the many years to come. The Male Perspective: How Men Really Think, Feel and Fall in Love - Bell's Boyfriend TELLS ALL

Hey cowgirl babes and welcome to the first ep of 2026! This week on the pod, Bell finally brings her boyfriend Sam behind the mic... and nothing is off-limits. From how they first met at the Ekka, to the unexpected way they fell for each other, and the little moments that sealed the deal, the pair tell all. But after the love story, Bell flips the script and asks Sam the questions all the girls want answered — what do men really think, what do they notice (or miss), and how can women better understand the guys in their lives? What starts as a light-hearted, cheeky chat quickly turns into a powerful conversation around men’s mental health, with Sam opening up about why it matters, why it’s often overlooked, and the subtle signs that can indicate when a bloke might be struggling, even if he says he’s “fine.” Sam shares practical, grounded advice on how partners, friends and family can support the men they love, what actually helps, and what doesn’t. And yes… the biggest revelation of the episode? Bell finally discovers what men actually do with their thingy when they go to the toilet for a number two 💀 Thank you to our generous sponsor Lime + Soda Collective  Use the code CC10 for 10% off your first order at limesodacollective.com If this episode brings anything up for you or someone you love, support is available: For Men MensLine Australia – 1300 78 99 7824/7 phone and online counselling for men and their families🌐 mensline.org.au Beyond Blue – 1300 22 4636Mental health support for all Australians🌐 beyondblue.org.au For Women Lifeline – 13 11 1424/7 crisis support🌐 lifeline.org.au For Young People & Bullying Support Dolly’s Dream – 13 DOLLY (13 36559)Support for bullying, cyberbullying and youth mental health🌐 dollysdream.org.au If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! She walked away from everything to find her everything - with Grace McLeod

Rise and shine CC babes, this morning we are joined by the human version of sunshine better known as Grace McLeod. She is a go-getter with a story that should be known and a soul full of beauty and shine. In this episode, Grace opens up about one of the toughest calls she has ever had to make in her life: walking away from her family's farming operation and the only life she had ever known. In this raw, beautifully honest conversation, Grace takes us through the moment she realised she needed more — more clarity, more space, more truth. That decision sparked a solo trip around Australia, a journey that shook her, shaped her and eventually delivered something she never saw coming where she crossed paths with her now fiance, Munro (we love a good love story) Today, Grace and Munro are building a coastal–bush hybrid life in Darwin, running a sunset dinner cruise charter business and balancing her desire to be out bush. She speaks candidly about rebuilding identity after leaving home, falling in love in the middle of uncertainty, and learning to trust that sometimes the scariest decisions are the ones that lead you exactly where you’re meant to be. So if you’re standing at a crossroads, if you’re craving a reset, or if you just need proof that beautiful things grow in the space created by big decisions, Grace's story will resonate x Thank you to our generous sponsor Lime + Soda Collective  Use the code CC10 for 10% off your first order at limesodacollective.com  And a massive thank you to our Christmas sponsors who are helping us spread the festive spirit: Bushmits Prinking in Pindan Treasure Chest Co Katie B Check them out for all your Chrissy and 2026 events x If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it!
