    Your Body Already Knows What's Wrong—Here's How to Listen

    Jill Walton: What if your anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, or emotional triggers aren't signs that something is wrong with you, but signs that your nervous system has been trying to protect you all along? In this episode, we're joined by certified life coach and holistic health practitioner Jill Walton to explore how our bodies store experiences, why we often stay stuck in familiar patterns, and how healing begins when we learn to listen instead of fight against ourselves. Rather than trying to "fix" uncomfortable emotions, Jill shares how we can gently "drop in" to the body with curiosity, discover what our nervous system is communicating, and create the safety needed for change. We discuss practical tools for regulating the nervous system, emotional processing, the power of curiosity, creativity as a pathway to healing, and how asking the right questions can help release what your body has been holding onto for years. Jill's work blends CBT-based coaching, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and body-based modalities including Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model. Her approach helps people move beyond simply understanding their patterns intellectually to experiencing healing at the level of the body.     Surviving Abuse, Exposing Systems, and the Through-the-Veil Encounters That Changed Everything

    In this important episode, we sit down with Suzanne Greco—survivor, theologian, advocate, PhD candidate at the University of Edinburgh, and founder of Italian Parish Records—to talk about the unimaginable journey that transformed her life. After disclosing child sexual abuse and leaving an abusive marriage, Suzanne found herself confronting not only personal trauma, but systemic failures inside religious institutions meant to protect the vulnerable. Her advocacy work would eventually take her all the way to the United Nations and alongside Pope Francis in the global fight to protect children and support survivors. Suzanne shares intimate through-the-veil experiences that occurred during one of the darkest seasons of her life—including visitations from her abusive husband’s deceased siblings, who came to comfort and support her as she prepared to leave her marriage. She also recounts a profoundly healing encounter with an LDS clergyman whose unexpected words became a pivotal part of her spiritual and emotional recovery.
