    Send a text Declutter Challenge: January 2026 For the past 9 or 10 years, each January, I host a Declutter Challenge which includes simplifying your life one day at a time!  January 1: Donate or Toss 1 item January 2: Donate or Toss 2 items January 3: Donate or Toss 3 items , etc. etc.  Have you ever noticed how hard it is to move forward in your life when your space feels heavy, crowded, or chaotic?  Clutter isn't just about stuff. It's about stuck energy, unfinished stories, and decisions that were never fully made. When our physical environment is cluttered, it quietly mirrors what's happening inside of us.  Clutter can interfere with our ability to move forward.  Just as excess weight can make it more difficult to do fun things, clutter can do the same!  Give yourself the gift of choice! Say to yourself:   "I am choosing what stays." "I am choosing what matters."  "I am choosing my next chapter."  Many people hold onto clutter out of guilt, obligation, or fear:      Someone gave this to me ...     I might need this someday ...     If I let this go, I'm letting go of a version of myself...      I might forget the memory or the person this reminds me of ...  Decluttering can be an act of self-love! When we clear our physical environment, we free up our mind, our body, our spirit!
