Body & Visibility - Naked Guided Meditation

In today’s Naked Guided Meditation session, we focused on celebrating the body by focusing on aligned appreciation for our bodies, our physical selves, and the ways in which our bodies keep us safe, protected, and alive. For homework from this session, continue to practice the affirmation, “I feel comfortable being seen in my body without needing to hide, shrink, or apologize.” Repeat this affirmation to yourself as you shower, as you look at yourself in the mirror, when you wake up for the day, and prior to going to sleep. Place your right hand on your heart and your left hand over your belly as you repeat this declaration, feeling into the energy of each word. A Hell of a Day with Gay Buffet
