Heart-Powered Living

Heart-Powered Conversations What does it mean to be fully alive? Heart-Powered Conversations is a podcast about the beautiful, complicated experience of being human—and how we might live this life a little more awake, a little more intentionally, and with a more open heart. Hosted by Katerina Gray, creator of Heart-Powered Living, these conversations explore relationships, consciousness, creativity, spirituality, the stories and patterns that shape us, and the questions that arise when we begin paying closer attention to our lives. Some conversations are practical. Some take us into the mystery. Some are conversations with guests whose lives, work, and ideas offer us another way of seeing. This isn't about having life figured out. It's about becoming more available to it. To notice what we're carrying. To question what we've assumed. To listen more closely. To remember what matters. To stay curious about what we don't understand. And to participate more consciously in the life we're already living. Because there is so much more happening here than what we accomplish, fix, or get through. There is beauty. There is relationship. There is mystery. There is Life moving through all of it. And we are here for it. If you'd like to experience Heart-Powered Living for yourself, begin with One Heart-Powered Day, a free experience at HeartPoweredLiving.com.

Episode 58 - Living Mythos: The Stories We Live & the Stories We Weave

What if the stories we tell aren't simply stories? What if they are operating templates—myths we step into, consciously or unconsciously, that shape the roles we play, the struggles we expect, the meaning we give our experiences, and even the endings we imagine are possible? Cinderella waiting to be chosen. Ariel giving up her voice to belong in another world. Frodo carrying the burden because it is his to carry. Neo awakening to the realization that reality is not quite what he thought it was. We are all living myths. In this episode, I explore what happens when we begin to recognize the stories we are inhabiting—and become aware of ourselves not only as the character inside the story, but as the one participating in its creation. Do we create myth, or do we remember it? What happens when we consciously choose a new template for motherhood, relationships, work, creation, or the way we move through the world? And what are we agreeing to experience when we choose a particular story? I also share a myth that has been unfolding in my own awareness over the last year: the story of the Architect and the Beloved. It is a creation story. A love story. A story of structure and life, masculine and feminine, separation and remembrance, the garden and the structures we build within it—and the reunion that becomes possible when we recognize that neither the Architect nor the Beloved exists only outside of us. You don't have to believe this story. I invite you simply to enter it with me for a little while. See what you recognize. See what it illuminates. And perhaps ask yourself: What myth am I living? What myth am I weaving? And what kind of world is my way of living helping bring into form? Thank you for exploring the living mythos with me. Episode 57 - If You Had Three Years Left, How Would You Live Today?

If You Had Three Years Left... What would change if you knew you had three years left to live? Not three days. Not three months. Three years. When this question came to me, my mind didn't go to doing more. It went to my kids. My husband. My family and friends. The meals we'd cook together. The places I'd still love to see. The hugs I'd let last longer. The things I've said I want to do but haven't quite made time for yet. And eventually, the question became much simpler: How would knowing that change the way I live today? In this episode of Heart-Powered Conversations, I explore mortality not as something morbid, but as a way of bringing ourselves back into our lives. We talk about the ordinary moments we postpone, the people we love, the things we want to create and experience, the parts of this beautiful garden we might tend while we're here—and what it means to leave an imprint of love without making our lives about legacy. Because none of us actually knows how much time we have. Maybe there's mercy in that. But perhaps remembering that our time here is finite can also wake us up to the extraordinary fact that we are here now. So this week's question is yours: If you knew you had three years left, how would you live today differently? I'd love to hear what comes up for you. Episode 52: How Motherhood Revealed My Rescuer Programming

In this deeply personal and illuminating solo episode, Kat continues exploring the victim–perpetrator–savior triangle—this time through the lens of the rescuer. What happens when our instinct to protect and fix becomes another loop keeping us—and others—stuck? Using a real-life experience from Mother's Day, Kat shares the powerful moment she recognized her own impulse to rescue her son and how it revealed a deeper spiritual invitation: to become the field itself, rather than the actor within the story. From reparenting and presence to energetic sovereignty and exiting outdated paradigms, this episode is a masterclass in how to stop reinforcing loops of drama, and instead co-create a reality rooted in frequency, alignment, and pure creative force. What is discussed: ✨ How the rescuer/savior role hides behind righteousness and protection ✨ Realizing the emotional charge when "saving" your child or loved one ✨ Why motherhood is a sacred spiral for awakening deeper self-awareness ✨ How to stop seeing others as victims—even your own children ✨ Becoming the frequency holder instead of reacting from fear or control ✨ Transitioning from outdated systems into conscious field creation ✨ The unraveling of old feminine codes and the rise of the sovereign solar feminine Takeaways: — You are not here to rescue. You are here to radiate. — The rescuer still plays within the triangle and needs a victim to exist. — We free ourselves not by resisting the old, but by embodying a new frequency. — The shift from acting to being the field is how reality rearranges itself. Episode 51: Don't Take the Bait: How to Stay Free from Energetic Triangles

In this potent solo transmission, Kat dives deep into one of the most pervasive illusions keeping humanity stuck: the victim–perpetrator–savior triangle. Whether playing out on the world stage or in our private lives, this energetic pattern quietly scripts much of our suffering. Through personal stories, spiritual insights, and embodied wisdom, Kat offers an invitation to see through the illusion, break the spell, and reclaim your sovereignty. This episode is a wake-up call to recognize the roles we unconsciously step into, and how to exit the loop for good. Kat also shares the power of archetypal embodiment—not as a form of spiritual bypass or new identity, but as a way to expand into our divine fullness. This is a remembrance of who you truly are: not the fish caught in the net, but the whole river. What is discussed: ✨ The victim–perpetrator–savior triangle and how it traps us ✨ The energetic agreement we make when we unconsciously step into roles ✨ How societal, religious, and familial programming wires us into the triangle ✨ Why pity and "poor you" stories can become energetic drains ✨ Moving from identification to embodiment through spiritual archetypes ✨ Reclaiming sovereignty as a sovereign, heart-powered creator ✨ Recognizing collective patterns and liberating from them consciously Connect: — Follow along on Instagram: @heartpoweredliving — Connect via email: hello@heartpoweredliving.com
