Among northeastern states, New Hampshire has always been a relatively affordable place to find housing and opportunities. This status, and New Hampshire’s special formula for growth and vitality, has been severely stressed as the state has experienced some of the strained housing conditions in the country. This podcast about the state of homeownership in New Hampshire comes at just the right time to examine these trends and discuss solutions. Matt Gallant is great as a conversational and well informed host.
