    Julie is a foodie! We had so much fun talking about how the practice of generosity can be such a joy! She has lived through different seasons of life and has some wisdom about how to live lightly and full of gratitude in each season.     Generous: Tom Johnson

    Tom Johnson's life is nothing short of a movie! We had so much fun recounting the 70s and 80s- the years where Tom was introduced to the Holy Spirit in a wild and wonderful way. Tom makes challenging theology so personal and practical. This conversation is such a gift! Enjoy!

    Simplicity: Peggy Lang

    Peggy used to be the pastor of prayer ministries at Open Door and has a way of with words and presence that invites you right in. We talked about Sputnik, her first remote job...before remote work was cool...downsizing and what life looks like at all different stages. In all her wisdom and experience- we love how it all points back to the Kingdom of God and our incredible place in the story with Jesus. Enjoy!

    Simplicity: Rose Larson

    Rose is amazing! Her joyful and generous way of living is absolutely inspiring! We talked about what it's been like for her to simplify life and move into a tiny home. We love the way she sees "home" as something much deeper and more expansive than just a location and we had so much fun chatting about some of the things that make us "odd"...might just be the places where we find Jesus.     Doris is a well of wisdom and she is embarking on her newest adventure of retirement! We talked about the challenges of rest and finding our identity in Christ. She currently serves on our Elder Board at Open Door and we are so grateful for this conversation and for the countless ways Doris serves, loves and lives her life open to God. Enjoy!

    Simplicity: Mandy Bogle

    I loved talking with Mandy about her epic camping trip! She is an adventurous and incredibly kind young adult...mature beyond her years. She is living her life and learning lots along the way as she is being led, invited and responding to God in real time. And it was fun to hear how time spent in silence and solitude is really shaping the way she is choosing to show up in the world! Enjoy!
