  1. Embodied Sensuality with Meher Malik | Ep 35

Embodied Sensuality with Meher Malik | Ep 35

Sexuality is not pleasure chasing. It is alchemy. In this deeply intimate and expansive conversation, I sit with Meher Malik, a mover, mentor, mother, embodiment coach, and graduate in Buddhist Studies, to explore Embodied Sensuality as a lived spiritual path, one that moves through motherhood, lineage, sexuality, emotion, and values… We speak about what happens when women are severed from their senses, from feeling, from intuition, and how that quiet disconnection shapes the way we love, relate, choose, and inhabit our lives. How sensuality becomes externalized. How intimacy becomes performative. How longing replaces truth. Embodied Sensuality begins not in sex, but in sensation, in the hips, the breath, and the capacity to stay with what we feel without leaving the body. Meher shares how raising a daughter has become a profound spiritual initiation, a daily mirror of consent, presence, and emotional truth. We reflect on children as embodied teachers, on parenting as a way of re-parenting the self, restoring what was never modeled, and on what it means to raise girls who know their bodies belong to them. This episode moves gently through sexuality as alchemy rather than gratification. As a force that reveals shadow, vulnerability, values, and inner responsibility. We speak openly about why so much sacred sexuality work skips the essential groundwork, the emotional, somatic, and philosophical foundations that allow intimacy to become conscious rather than compulsive. Embodied Sensuality, as it lives here, is not about being more expressive, desirable, or powerful. It is about slowing down enough to feel without self-betrayal. About letting the body set the pace. About allowing intimacy and spirituality to grow from a ground that can actually hold them. If your body is tired of being pushed. If your desire wants honesty instead of performance. If something in you knows there is another way to inhabit sensuality, motherhood, and spirit. Come listen. ______________________________KEYNOTES: Motherhood as a spiritual initiation and mirror of embodiment Children as Embodied Teachers Lineage Healing Through Parenting Embodied Sensuality Sexuality as Alchemy Disconnection from the senses as the root of women’s disempowerment Intuition as bodily wisdom Groundwork before sacred sexuality, trauma, emotion, and belief systems Sex inseparable from emotion, consciousness, and existence Neo-tantric bypassing without dharma and values Women’s spiritual paths differ from masculine models Absence of women’s embodied voices in sacred traditions Values as the ground beneath beliefs and relating Modern intimacy patterns rooted in lack of emotional language Slowing down as the essence of discernment and spiritual maturity Embodiment as remembrance, not performance Juiciness as aliveness, presence, and inner fullness ______________________________ ABOUT Meher Malik Meher Malik is a mover, a mentor and a mother. 2. Embodied Awakening and Long-term Integration with Tanya Kaps | Ep 34

Embodied Awakening and Long-term Integration with Tanya Kaps | Ep 34

We are opening this year with a conversation that was recorded earlier, yet arrives with precise timing. Some teachings are not meant for the moment they are spoken. They wait. They ripen. And they meet us when we are ready to receive them. Sitting beneath the Banyan tree in Bali, and I'm very happy and I have some butterflies in my heart, excited to introduce my dear sister, Tanya Kaps, a person that I met a long time ago.. Tanya and I return to the roots of our spiritual lives. To lineage. To recognition that happens before language. To the body knowing yes before the mind understands why. This conversation carries the energy of beginnings, not the kind that push us forward, but the kind that draw us inward. Tanya brings a depth shaped by decades of practice and inquiry. With over 25 years devoted to yoga, Vedanta, and self inquiry, and a background in Integrated Science and Transpersonal Psychology, her presence bridges lived wisdom and grounded understanding. Years of close study with our same Vedanta teacher, Swami Vagishananda, along with her own experience of kundalini awakening and long integration, inform the way she meets students, without urgency, without bypassing, and with deep respect for the human pace of unfolding. Vedanta shows up here not as theory, but as something lived. Not an idea to understand, but a clarity that continues to unfold through relationships, the body, and everyday life. Seeking softens, yet life does not disappear. If anything, it asks to be met more fully. The conversation opens into the often misunderstood terrain of kundalini awakening and spiritual emergency. Awakenings that arrive without preparation. Experiences labeled as psychosis. Moments of insight that come before the nervous system has the capacity to hold them. Integration is not treated as a phase, but as an ongoing process that unfolds over years. Again and again, we return to embodiment. To the understanding that transcendence without embodiment can leave parts of us untouched. That spiritual bypassing, even when subtle, delays healing. That realization matures when we are willing to meet emotion, fatigue, relationship, and ordinary life as sacred ground. Birth, parenting, exhaustion, tantrums, love, and service reveal Vedanta through flesh and blood. The child as pure prakriti. The body as teacher. Judgment, rather than identity, quietly shaping suffering. What remains is a grounded reflection on paradox. Being both divine and deeply human. Structure and flow. Ha and Tha. Masculine and feminine principles as partners rather than opposites, and the wider return of feminine wisdom in yoga and spirituality, honoring cycles, birth, menopause, trauma informed embodiment, and relational depth that were long left unspoken. Long term immersion supports integration in ways peak experiences cannot. And underneath it all, a quiet reassurance. That nothing on the path was wrong. That every stage served the unfolding. That all is well, has always been well, and will always be well. If your heart has ever known truth before language, if your awakening asked you to come back into life rather than leave it, this conversation is for you. KEYNOTES: Returning to Under the Banyan Tree as a place of lineage and remembrance Sacred recognition and the meeting of a true teacher Vedanta as lived experience, not philosophy Kundalini awakening and spiritual emergency The need for context, nervous system capacity, and embodiment Transcendence without embodiment leading to spiritual bypassing Spiritual bypassing and its shadows Motherhood as embodied non dual initiation The child as pure prakriti and spiritual teacher Judgment as the true source of suffering, not identity Roles, fluidity, and dharma in daily life Ha and Tha, structure and flow as nervous system wisdom The feminine return in yoga and spirituality Paradox as the living heart of realization Long term immersion vs peak experiences Teaching as devotion and mutual unfolding Kundalini Tantra as demystification Spiritual sovereignty lived in ordinary life Trust in the intelligence of the unfolding ABOUT Tanya Kaps: Tanya Kaps has dedicated her life to the path of Yoga and Self inquiry. She is a Yoga Vedanta and Kundalini Tantra teacher with over 25 years of practice, study, teaching. She also has an academic background in Integrated Science and Transpersonal Psychology. After 10 years of teaching asana (HATHA: Hot, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Power) pranayama and meditation, Tanya met her revered Vedanta Guru Swami Vagishanda. She sat with him for 12 years, during which time he initiated her into teaching Advaita Vedanta (Oneness). Also during this time she experienced a Kundalini awakening which took years to integrate through practical tools and understanding and primarily through loving Surrender. It has become her passion to support sincere students through a natural, gradual spiritual awakening process. 3. Pleasure as Prayer: Embracing Fear & Sacred Sexuality in the Navarātri Online Festival with Sharada Devi | Ep 33

    09/13/2025

Pleasure as Prayer: Embracing Fear & Sacred Sexuality in the Navarātri Online Festival with Sharada Devi | Ep 33

Pleasure as Prayer. These words have been moving through my heart as the living theme for this year’s Navarātri Online Festival. The choice is not accidental. For many of us, prayer has been tied to duty, to fear, to heaviness. And pleasure has often been hidden in the shadows, wrapped in shame or secrecy. Yet what if both prayer and pleasure were never meant to be separate. In this new episode of Born to Be Free, I place myself in the seat of the guest, while my dear sister and longtime student, Amanda Devi, steps in as hostess. Amanda’s own journey began years ago when she first joined Navarātri, a doorway that opened her into the teachings of devotion and sacred sexuality, into women’s circles, priestess initiations, and into her own path as a therapist and guide. So it feels deeply precious that she is the one guiding this conversation. Together we enter a very human and sacred inquiry: fear, prayer, and pleasure. Fear is something we all know. The fear of not being enough. The fear of judgment. The fear of being misunderstood. My own teacher once gave me a mantra that changed everything: “Oh fear, I welcome you, you are my best friend.” Over time I learned to walk with fear instead of fighting it. To breathe it in, to give it space, to let it soften me. When I could do that, fear itself became a kind of prayer… a doorway into freedom. And then there is pleasure. Not the kind clouded by shame or pressure, but the simple pleasure of being alive. The breath moving through the body. The warmth of touch. The joy of intimacy with life itself. When held in reverence, pleasure too becomes prayer — a way of offering our humanity back to the Goddess. From September 22 to October 1, our Free Navarātri Online Festival will gather seekers from across the world. This year is especially precious because instead of inviting dozens of outside teachers, we will be guided by the very faculty of The Muse, The Golden Womb. What you will taste in Navarātri is a glimpse into the deeper Muse journey — a weaving of trauma-informed healing, sacred sexuality, and embodied devotion, offered in the spirit of the Goddess. If you have ever carried fear in your body, if you have longed to feel your devotion alive in every breath, these nine nights are for you. Come as you are. Bring your fear, bring your longing, bring your joy. Together we will remember. Together we will pray. Together we will celebrate that pleasure too belongs to the sacred.   ____ KEYNOTES -Amanda’s journey as longtime student & priestess began when she first joined the Navarātri Festival -Welcoming Fear as a Teacher -Self-Knowledge as the Solution to Fear -Tools for Emotional Healing -Use of breath, sound, movement, and touch to process and release emotions -Navarātrī theme of the year is "Pleasure as Prayer” -Invitation for all to join The Navarātrī Free Online Festival -Celebration of the Goddess -The festival and programs are for anyone seeking meaning, self-acceptance, harmony, and true happiness -The Muse, The Golden Womb Program: a 13-month journey focusing on embodiment, sacred sexuality, and self-healing. -The program is structured in trimesters: personal healing, learning to coach others, and understanding relationships. -Ritualizing Life and Reclaiming Power -Universal Values   ____   ABOUT Amanda Roth Amanda Roth is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, yoga massage therapist, and ACT/CBT therapist who weaves together somatic awareness, breathwork, Advaita Vedānta, and poetic movement to guide others home to themselves. 4. Trauma, Release, and the Orgasm of Life with Efu Nyaki | Ep 32

    08/23/2025

Trauma, Release, and the Orgasm of Life with Efu Nyaki | Ep 32

Have you ever wondered if the very places you resist, the shock, the wound, the contraction, could be the same places that open the door to life’s deepest pleasure? In this episode, I sit with Euphrasia Niyaki, lovingly known as Efu… a woman who carries the transmission of mystery in her very being. Born in Tanzania and rooted in the traditions of her people, she grew up surrounded by ritual, community, and ancestral remembrance. These foundations continue to shape her path as a healer and teacher. For more than three decades, Efu has devoted her life to guiding others back into wholeness. She is a senior trainer in Somatic Experiencing, a long-time practitioner of Family Constellation, and the founder of AFYA Holistic Healing Center in Brazil. This sanctuary is a place where women and communities gather to reclaim their bodies, release the weight of trauma, and return to the resources of life within them. Carrying this work across continents, she has supported people from all walks of life to rediscover what it means to be alive, present, and resourced. And yet, what she reveals is that trauma is not always what we think it is. We imagine it to be only the extraordinary events — war, violence, catastrophe. But she reminds us it can also be found in the small, ordinary ruptures of life. The moment of birth, when we leave the warm waters of the womb for the blinding lights of a hospital room. The blast of a horn or the sudden boom of a city street that jolts our body into shock. The look from a boss that leaves us spiraling into questions of safety and survival. The sting of realizing our friends left us out, the whisper of exclusion echoing the wounds of childhood. These are traumas too. They live in the nervous system, unfinished and unresolved. They keep us locked in cycles of defense, protecting life at all costs but never fully living. And this is where Efu’s wisdom turns us toward an unexpected doorway: the body’s innate capacity to resolve. Healing is not always about retelling the story. It begins when the nervous system is given the chance to complete what it could not finish before. And strangely, tenderly, this path often leads us back through pleasure. It may sound surprising, but pleasure is not a luxury. It is medicine. The body relaxes, the breath deepens, a soft tingling arises, and suddenly the system remembers what ease feels like. In those moments something radical unfolds: comfort, safety, even joy. Efu calls it “the orgasm of life.” Of course, staying with pleasure is not always simple. Many of us find it easier to stay in pain than to allow softness. Yet, when we let ourselves rest in even the smallest sensations of ease…the warmth of breath, the muscles releasing, the heartbeat slowing — something shifts. Shame begins to dissolve. The layers of defense soften. We remember that underneath it all, we are whole. This conversation felt like a transmission, a living reminder that the body longs for us to return home, not only to the wound but also to the wonder. It is such a gift to share this space with Efu, and even more so to welcome her into our wider temple field. She will be joining us for Navaratri: Nine Nights of the Goddess Festival, and as part of the faculty of The Muse: The Golden Womb, our trauma-informed Sacred Sexuality Devi Coaching Certification. Her presence will guide us deeper into the medicine of the body, the mystery of life, and the grace of returning to pleasure. If your body has ever longed to release the grip of pain and remember its natural joy, this conversation is for you.   Keynotes -Somatic Experiencing and Family Constellation - Efu's 30+ years of expertise in these holistic healing modalities. -Trauma from a Somatic Perspective -Importance of Pleasure, Sensation, and Resources -Efu's Work with Traumatized Women in Brazil -AFYA Holistic Healing Center -Trauma is Not Just Major Events -Pendulation Between Pain and Pleasure -Bridging Dissociation -Breath, Sound, Sensation as Somatic Tools -Shame and Beliefs of Unworthiness -Joining "Muse: The Golden Womb" Faculty -Navaratri Festival - A free online festival where Efu and other faculty will be offering teachings & their expertise   ABOUT Efu Nyaki Euphrasia (Éfu) Nyaki was born and raised in Tanzania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, trained as a science teacher, and later became a healer using holistic methods. 5. From Performative Spirituality to Embodied Devotion with Hanne Mysen | Ep 31

    08/09/2025

From Performative Spirituality to Embodied Devotion with Hanne Mysen | Ep 31

Have you ever wondered what it truly means to come home to yourself? Not the version of you shaped by religion, family traditions, or others’ expectations… But the one who remembers. The one who feels. The one who longs to trust again, to feel safe in her body, to make love to life from wholeness. In this episode, I sit in sacred conversation with Hanne Mysen, a graduate of The Muse: The Golden Womb. A woman of many layers. A priest’s daughter. A sensual mystic. A being who chose to meet her wounds with love and walk the long spiral home to herself. Hanne shares what it’s like to grow up surrounded by the language of God but disconnected from Her body. To feel the ache of not being reflected in the altar. To live in a family where image and devotion collided, and to carry silent questions about power, sexuality, and belonging with nowhere safe to bring them. This is a transmission about what happens when a woman dares to step out of performance and into presence. When she turns inward and listens. When she begins to trust the tremble, the rage, the grief, and the longing. We speak about childhood imprinting, sexual trauma, secrecy and shame. Of the quiet betrayals that happen when spiritual roles are assigned but not embodied. Hanne speaks of her turning point with such clarity and beauty — leaving behind relationships and structures that no longer honored her truth, and stepping into the fertile ground of trauma-informed sacred sexuality. And we meet there. In The Golden Womb. The temple of remembrance where we bow to both the pain and the pleasure. Where Vedānta meets the wild Eros. Where plant medicine offers what words cannot. And where the sacred body, once shamed and hidden, becomes the altar. In this episode, I also share something very personal.A recent experience of cosmic lovemaking — not metaphor, but real. The kind that shakes the bones and rewrites the nervous system. The kind that can only happen after years of softening, praying, crying, healing, screaming, letting go, and letting truth touch you so deeply that it dissolves the lie of separation. Because healing is not an idea. It is a full-body remembrance. We speak of the union of Shiva and Shakti within. We speak of women who gather in sisterhood not to perform but to purify. Not to be seen but to truly see. And we speak of what happens when that sacred seeing is turned inward … and a woman finally meets herself. This episode is not tidy. It is not a list of steps. It is an offering for the part of you that is tired of pretending. For the part of you that aches for a lineage that includes all of you — the blood, the beauty, the breakdown, the bliss. We are not meant to do this alone. And we do not have to. If you’ve ever looked at your own story and thought “this is too much,”If you’ve ever wondered whether you will feel whole again,If you are yearning for a space to bring all of you, your wounds and your wisdom…this is for you. The golden womb is not a metaphor. She is real. And she is waiting. Will you enter?- -  Keynotes: -Hanne's background in Christianity and journey to embracing sacred feminine teachings -Experienced trauma that resurfaced in adulthood, driving her to seek healing -The Muse: The Golden Womb program provided a safe container for Hanne to heal trauma, reclaim her power, and connect with other women -Learned to welcome other women into her heart, falling in love with herself and others -From "performative spirituality" to embodied devotion -Vedanta as a trusted anchor -Plant medicine, Eros, and Vedantic teachings emerged as a ”Sacred Trinity” addressing mind, body, and spirit holistically -Deep sisterhood and devotional practice -Anger and boundaries as sacred tools of reclamation and embodiment. -The Golden Womb as the cosmic mother - cosmic orgasm -Devotion, not perfection, as the pathway home to wholeness -The Devi School is exploring future retreats -Hanne’s offering __ ABOUT HANNE Hanne Marie Mysen is a guide devoted to exploring the question: “What makes me feel fully alive?”Her lifelong passion for the body’s intelligence, spiritual inquiry, and the art of living in alignment has led her to study with renowned teachers in emotional empowerment, sacred sexuality, yoga, Vedanta, feminine movement, ritual, and trauma healing. Through her work, Hanne creates nourishing spaces for women to reclaim their sensuality, connect to their power through devotion, and live in harmony with the creative life force. Her own journey has taken her from sexual trauma to erotic innocence, from burnout to vibrant health, and from seeing the divine as separate to embodying it fully. 6. Eros, Plant Medicine & Vedanta with Shāradā Devī | Ep 30

    07/12/2025

Eros, Plant Medicine & Vedanta with Shāradā Devī | Ep 30

In this rare and intimate episode, the mic is turned… This time, toward me. I’m joined by my sister Lovisa Dahl—someone who has walked beside me for years, not just as a student, but as a dear friend and soul companion. She knows me in many forms. And in this conversation, she invites more of me forward. What unfolds is not just an interview. It’s a deeper kind of sharing. A soft peeling back. A remembering. A homecoming. We speak about the Be Woman Project, how it began as a whispered prayer from my teacher—“Know woman. Be woman. All woman. Nature, nurture me.” That prayer became a song. The song became a circle. And the circle became a global movement for women to gather, remember, and reclaim who they are. We talk about the sisterhood wound... How jealousy between women, and how much that has shaped us… the subtle (and not so subtle) ways we’ve been taught to compete, compare, and hold back. And how admiration—genuine, embodied admiration—is one of the most powerful medicines we have to heal that wound. And then we go deeper. I open up about my own sacred merging.. I share more about the parts of me I used to keep separate.. The traditional path of Advaita Vedānta I’ve studied and taught for many years. And the wild, embodied world of sacred sexuality and Eros that cracked me open in a completely different way. For a long time, I didn’t know how to bring them together. I thought one gave me credibility and respect… the other gave me life. But what I’ve realized over the years is that these paths don’t cancel each other out. And the truth is… they were never meant to be separate. They complete each other. This episode is about that integration. About giving myself permission to be all of it. The chanting priestess. The orgasmic witch. The woman who prays with words and with touch. I speak about healing trauma. About giving yourself pleasure during your moon. About grief. About devotion. About finding home in your own hands. And I share what’s arriving now—what I call the Sacred Triangle: the marriage of Vedānta, Eros, and Plant Medicine...Three rivers flowing into one wild, holy current. I also speak about what’s calling me forward now: a deeper vision. Birth Like a Bear with Disa Mineur | Ep 29

In this intimate and powerfully alive conversation, I’m joined by returning guest, beloved sister, and sacred cyclical guide Disa Mineur, newly emerged from the cocoon of postpartum with her second child, and radiant with the wisdom of one who has walked through fire and returned to the temple of her own womb. Together, we explore orgasmic freebirth, decolonizing the body, and what it means to be a woman who can hold both the grief of the world and the bliss of creation. Disa shares how she unschooled herself from colonized, medicalized narratives of birth…peeling back layers of fear, shame, and separation to remember birth as a sacred, sovereign, psychedelic rite of passage. Through devotion, self-touch, and cyclical intimacy, she prepared her body as altar. We trace her journey from The Diamond Mentorship into the depths of her freebirth, what she calls “birth like a bear". A mammalian descent. A mystical opening. She speaks of DMT waves, divine communion, and the fluorescent light of life moving through her womb. This is also a story of sacred support…of being held by both feminine and masculine presence. And the grace that arrives when a woman is tenderly met by sisters, and deeply witnessed by her beloved. Her story is a transmission. A remembering. how a cervix can be a stargate. how pleasure is prayer, and prayer is power. how a woman, fully with herself, changes the world. Whether you are a mother or not, this is for you…if you are curious about what it means to live from your body’s truth, birth your projects from devotion, and remember that you belong to the sacred. It is also a sacred prelude to what’s to come: Disa now joins the faculty of The Muse: The Golden Womb—a trauma-informed sacred sexuality and Devi Coaching Certification beginning after Navarātri. Her lived wisdom will guide women into cyclical awareness, womb reclamation, and full-spectrum embodiment. If you’ve longed to return to your womb as temple… your body as sacred… this is your call. Enter the web. Feel the wave. And remember. _ _ Keynotes: -Disa reemerges from her postpartum cocoon-The feminine capacity to feel it all-The Serenity Prayer-Disa’s journey through pregnancy-She joined The Diamond mentorship and committed to exploring pleasure as a way of life, not just sexually, but in everyday being.-Disa speaks of unschooling herself from the colonized, medicalized narratives of birth.-Birth Like a Bear-Orgasmic Waves & Divine Communion-The power of having both sacred masculine and feminine support-Disa announces part two of her journey: Blood, Milk, and Tears—a tribute to postpartum life, surrender, and Yin.-Disa joins the faculty of The Muse: The Golden Womb _ _ ABOUT Disa Mineur: Disa is a Wild Woman who lives with one foot in the primitive and untamed, her hands in the invisible web, and the other foot firmly anchored and rooted in being a cyclical influence in a linear culture. She awakens those who seek the cyclical in a culture that has forgotten its origins. For the past 10 years, Disa has been exploring the Cyclic, both within and without, to help herself and others reclaim the power inherent in the ebb and flow of the lunar cycle. Disa has journeyed from sick to healthy, from infertile to fertile, and from domesticated to wild. She works daily to help others heal and find their way to a life of hormonal and cyclical harmony through courses, retreats, and one-on-one sessions. She is a trained Fertility Awareness Educator, Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner (HRHP), Vaginal Steam Facilitator, and Earthing Guide. Her everyday life is about exploring and understanding her body's vitality and place in the ecosystem we call planet Earth through ceremony and commitment to her calling. Return to Inner Wholeness with Elisa Maran | Ep 28

This episode is an invitation into the quiet, often overlooked space where burnout lives, where our service to others begins to cost us our connection to ourselves. In this intimate and heart-opening conversation, I sit with my beloved sister, Elisa Maran: Ayurveda practitioner, herbalist, mother, and former humanitarian aid worker. We met seven years ago in Sicily during a Vedānta immersion with my revered teacher. She offered me one of the most soul-soothing massages I’ve ever received. Her presence, her hands, her touch... I knew in that moment she was carrying something sacred. Since then, we’ve walked side by side through many seasons, through cycles of grief, joy, birth, and becoming. Elisa’s path has not been linear. She’s worked in child protection across Nepal, India, and Thailand. She’s lived in tribal villages, studied Sanskrit, practiced permaculture, and walked barefoot back into the embrace of Mother Earth. But the turning point came when she realized she could no longer live in a way that disregarded her body’s truth. Even with her knowledge of Ayurveda, she was still treating herself like a machine…something to fix, to keep going. And it was in the breakdown that the breakthrough came. In this conversation, we speak about the cost of giving from an empty cup. About the nervous system on constant alert. About the guilt that follows pleasure. And about the sacred disarmament that begins when we finally start mothering ourselves. Ayurveda, here, is not a lifestyle trend. It is a return to the original temple. It’s about listening. Slowing down. Feeling again. It’s the language of oil, earth, ritual, and repair. And I’m so honored to share that Elisa is one of the guest teachers in The Muse: The Golden Womb, our trauma-informed sacred sexuality coaching certification. In this upcoming cycle, she returns to offer what we lovingly call the “Witch’s Corner,” a deep dive into the sacred art of herbalism, embodied Ayurveda, plant rituals, and pleasure-based nourishment. She’ll guide us in making tinctures, oils, and ancestral medicine that awaken our hands and our hearts. It’s the kind of education I wish every woman received… how to remember your power through your senses, your cycle, and your touch. This episode is a blessing for the woman who is tired of being the strong one. For the ones whose systems are whispering slow down. For the healers, the givers, the quiet warriors who’ve been holding so much for so long. If you’re longing to feel whole again, to melt the armor, to come back into joy… not as performance but as prayer, this is for you. Come sit with us. Something tender is waiting to be remembered. _ _ KEYNOTES: -Elisa's Background and Journey, humanitarian works -Early interest in healing and nature & studied Oriental Languages -Ayurveda: "science of life" from Vedic tradition -Holistic approach to optimal living through diet, lifestyle, and understanding body-mind connection -Individual constitution and seasonal practices -Elisa experienced burnout from constant crisis response -Shifted focus to more sustainable, nature-connected lifestyle -Importance of honoring cyclical nature of women's bodies and lives -Upcoming Muse to Golden Womb Program : trauma-informed coaching certification -"Witch Corner" -Safe container crucial for healing shame and trauma -Melting "armor" to experience pleasure and joy again -Reconnecting with nature and plant medicines as empowerment -Choosing wholeness over societal programming towards failure -Elisa developing small retreat center in Sicily -Devi School Free Offerings & many more.. _ _ ABOUT Elisa Maran Elisa is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Deep Ecology Facilitator, Yin Yoga Teacher and Permaculture lover.
