    RISE AGAIN

What happens when you have spent years loving harder, trying more, carrying everyone else’s burdens, and quietly losing yourself in the process? In this deeply personal episode of Brave & Beautiful, Angela shares how the darkest seasons of her life—divorce, heartbreak, betrayal, single motherhood, and emotional exhaustion—became the place where God began rebuilding her from the inside out. This episode is not only about what Angela survived. It is about what God taught her through it: you cannot heal every relationship, control every outcome, or carry responsibilities that were never yours to hold. Sometimes rising again begins with surrender. Through the powerful truth of Psalm 46:10—“Be still, and know that I am God”—Angela reminds women that being still does not mean giving up. It means showing up faithfully, doing what you can, and trusting God with what only He can do. Angela also offers a simple and approachable way to begin reading Scripture, especially for women who feel overwhelmed or confused by the Bible. Whether you need strength, healing, peace, protection, courage, or reassurance of God’s promises, begin by finding one Scripture that speaks directly to your soul. Write it down. Speak it aloud. Return to it daily, and use God’s truth to challenge every negative thought that tries to convince you that your story is over. This episode is for the woman who is mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, struggling to release control, or trying to rediscover the person she was before life became so heavy. Your pain is not the end of your story. God can transform it into wisdom, purpose, peace, and a testimony that brings light to someone else. You are still here. You are still loved. And with God beside you, you can rise again. Brave & Beautiful: Health, Faith, and Mindset for Women—hosted by Angela. Share your thoughts and story with me! Send me a text message! Come Walk With Me: Where It All Began (Psalm 46) ⭐

This week, I’m inviting you to do something beautifully simple. Instead of meeting at the end of the day, we’re stepping outside together for a sunset walk. No rushing. No pressure. No striving. Just fresh air, quiet moments, and a conversation from my heart to yours as we walk beneath the evening sky. This new series was inspired by Psalm 46:10: “Be still, and know that I am God.” Those words carried me through some of the hardest seasons of my life and taught me that peace isn’t something we have to earn—it’s something we discover when we slow down enough to receive it. Some of the greatest healing in my own life didn’t happen in grand moments. It happened on ordinary walks, listening to the birds, feeling the breeze, watching the sunset, and remembering that God was with me every step of the way. My hope is that these Sunset Walks become a place where you can breathe a little deeper, quiet the noise of the world, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Whether you’re walking beside the ocean, through your neighborhood, across a country road, or simply listening from home, I’m honored to spend these moments with you. So come take a walk with me. Let’s slow down together, notice the beauty we’ve been rushing past, and make room for the peace that God has been offering us all along. I’m so grateful you’re here… Welcome to Sunset Walks.
