    Episode 41: Moving Forward [Final Episode]

    Thank you for listening! Let me know what you think. I’ve spent forty episodes and nearly one solid year exploring and discussing the winding roads and pitfalls of what true alchemical healing of mind, body and spirit requires. And there was a lot to unpack in those forty episodes. But one of the most important parts of this type of deep, transformative healing is recognizing when you have reached a level or a deep understanding of where you were versus where you are now. And with that understanding, being willing and able to step back from what is often a relentless process that often takes you so far inward and get back into LIFE. Life without the constant backdrop of the transformation movement. Life without the need to process or run to a therapist for support or as a safety net. Because that life away from this movement is not only available and waiting for you, it is a necessary requirement if you have any chance whatsoever in fully integrating what you have learned and absorbed and move forward. If the ultimate goal for you is to dig deep within yourself and your psyche and uncover your true self and whatever that self requires for sustained growth and hopefully contentment, I think it’s almost a mandate that eventually you have to move forward into that life without the apron strings of the transformational movement directing your every move and thought. Because if you don’t allow that process to happen, you’re not in a movement. You’re in a cult.  In this final episode of my podcast, I discuss when it’s time to move forward, as well as what prevents one from doing that and what is required to effectively make that happen.     Episode 40: The Mind/Body Connection To Healing

    Thank you for listening! Let me know what you think. Today’s episode is all about how the mind has the power to strongly affect the physical body in all ways. If you are not aware of mind/body healing, in a nutshell its premise is that your thoughts, emotions, mental patterns and life traumas are where dis-ease begin. Furthermore, each organ in the body attracts and stores a specific energy so that when one experiences a specific emotion that resonates with that organ, the emotion is drawn to that organ and affects the health of that organ. And if that emotion becomes so consistently overwhelming, it can penetrate the organ to the point where dis-ease or dysfunction is established in that organ. On today’s show, I’ll go into more detail about the organs and what they specifically attract to them on the emotional front as well as provide mind/body examples from my own experience that illustrate how what may appear as two or three ‘different’ physical issues, can connect to the same root emotional issue.     Episode 36: The Dark Night Of The Soul

    Thank you for listening! Let me know what you think. Part of the journey of alchemical personal transformation involves going through what is known as “The Dark Night of the Soul". Some will argue and say it’s not required and that you can attain enlightenment and knowledge without it. But I’ve noticed that the ones who proclaim those statements, are also terrified of experiencing emotional and mental pain and are extremely uncomfortable with expressing that pain in a way that discharges it and could potentially allow for actual enlightenment. To understand your own light and power, you must also walk through the darkness of your own mind and discover that you not only can pull yourself out of it after going through what it needs to teach you but that because of doing that, you are not weak like you thought you were. You are not powerless. Because to go through a Dark Night of the Soul requires strength, bravery, spiritual, mental and emotional intelligence and so much more.     Episode 35: The Tentacles Of Trauma

Trauma has a main root but over time, that root grows and is fed by more and more layers of trauma that have energetic tentacles that reach and twist and build their own unique matrix within your body and psyche. This matrix is as real and alive as any other entity. It becomes you and you become it until the real you, the true you, is buried so deeply beneath the heavy weight of that matrix, that you have become the expression of that trauma.
