    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 1/10/26

    Another massive edition for you this week, as the 2026 NRL Grand Final approaches! Will it be the Roosters or the fairy tale Newcastle that will claim glory, I dissect the key moments that may potientially ecide this years Premier. The Brisbane Lions have completed their 2nd 3-peat this century after overturning a 17 point deficit in the last 4 minutes against Fremantle, sparked by the Dockers ow Whafie Time. Manchester City is found guilty of 114 EPL financial breaches over a 9 year period totally nearing $1.7 billion. And the Wallabies defeat the Springboks in Perth with just 11 players on the field at one point.

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 24/9/26

    It's Grand Final fever this week, with the 2026 AFL Premier to be decide when Fremante and Brisbane meet in front of 100,000+ fans at the MCG on Saturday. Elsewhere, four teams remain in the NRL season, with the Dolphins hosting the Roosters who welcome back Sam Walker, whilst the Panthers will be looking to make in 6 Grand Final appearances in 7 years against the suprise packets of 2026 Newcastle. And Formula 1 heads to Azerbaijan whilst the Wallabies tackle the Sprinboks in Perth.

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 16/9/26

    Plenty to discuss in this weeks edition, most notably whether Nathan Cleary was lucky to not be suspended for his dangerous contact on Hugo Savala during Penrith's Qualifying win against the Roosters. We preview a massive weekend on finals football for both the NRL and AFL, with the latter into its Preliminary final weekend. Kimi Antonelli has extended his F1 World Championship lead to 81 points after securing his 8th win for the year at the Spanish Grand Prix. And LIV Golf is bankrupt! The breakaway golf tourament files for bankrupcy in the US with between $500 million - $1 billion of debt.

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 10/9/26

    Plenty to digest in this week's edition after the 2nd week of the AFL Finals, which saw two massive upsets in the Qualifying Finals by Hawthorn and Sydney. Cricket Australia has confirmed they are moving ahead with plans to sell BBL frachises, whilst Marnus Labuschagne once again survives the axe and will be apart of Australia's test series in South Africa throughout October. And the 2026 NRL Finals Series is upon us, with 4 cracking matchups this weekend, all that while the NFL heads to the MCG on Friday!

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 2/9/26

    Lot of ground to cover weeks edition, not least the massive news out of Collingwood, with game's record holder Scott Pendlebury to depart for the Gold Coast Suns. Elsewhere, Nathan Cleary receives the biggest offer in NRL history from the PNG Cheifs, whilst fellow star halfback Sam Walker is set to miss the remainder of the season with an ankle injury, potientially derailing the Roosters Premiership tilt. And the Wallabies are 3 from 3 under Less Kiss, whilst Novak Djokovic is knocked out in a first round of a tennis Major for the first time in 20 years

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 27/8/26

    There's a lot to catch up on in this week's episode especially due to the fast nature of yet another 2 day test match in Australia haha! The boys bounce back to defeat Banglasdesh by an innings in Mackay. Elsewhere, Adam Reynolds is denied a chance at a send-off game against the Storm, drawing significant criticism from both outside and inside the Brisbane Broncos. The Wallabies head to Argentina for the next phase of the Les Kiss era, and its FINALS TIME! The inagugral AFL Wildcard weekend see's 2 heavweight clashes at the MCG.

    FTLOS - Weekly Wrap 19/8/26

    In this weeks episode we turn the blowtorch on the Australian Cricket Team, after one of their most embarrassing losses in its history against Bangladesh in Darwin. I discuss the Sydney Swans SAGA, and the potiential fallout and impact it will have on their chances of a Premiership in 2026. And the Maroons are on the hunt for a new ORIGIN coach, as Billy Slater confirms his time in the hot seat is over.

    A HUGE edition of the podcast for you this week! The Geelong Concussion Saga is a major topic of conversation, as the AFL continues to ponder a potiential punishment for the Cats after it was revealed they had one of their players sign a secret concussion waiver. Elsewhere, the NRL has confirmed they will be holding a global round to launch the 2028 season, which could see round 1 fixtures be played in over 6 different countries. Plus the Finals races heats up for both our major codes, the Wallabies are back playing down under and in the midst of Winter, the 2026/27 Test cricket Summer is set to launch in the top end.
