Sharing my personal journey to finding self-love. Learning to set boundaries along the way and building up self-confidence. Taking a deep look into oneself can be a bit, okay A LOT, overwhelming. But I'm here to do it along side with you so you won't have to feel so alone! Let's learn, grow and (most likely) cry together (or I'll just cry by myself...not awkward at all). Rethinking Abundance - What Do You Have A Lot Of S1E22

When the idea of abundance comes up, people usually think about money. And how they're actually lacking money and absolutely do not have an abundance of it. Then maybe from there, you'll think about all the other things you lack and don't have a lot of. In this episode, we shift the idea of abundance away from money and talk about things you do have a lot of. Here's a hint, it's something money can't buy. Love and Hugs, Carmen Find me on Instagram! Finding Small Joys In The Everyday S1E21

Encouraging you to seek out small joys in your daily life, little things that make you smile. When I first started this habit, I found seeing flowers on my daily walks to be my small joy. It was something obvious, like a bunch of brightly colored flowers. Now my eyes seek out flowers that are more hidden. Finding flowers in an unsuspecting spot makes it all that much more exciting. After about a year of this habit of finding small joys in the everyday, I'm more inclined to seek out and acknowledge small joys such as flowers or a kind gesture from a stranger. It helps me to pay attention to the good and brings a smile to my face. And who could turn down something that brings a smile to their face? Happy small joy seeking! May you find many small things that you bring a big smile to your face. Love and Hugs, Carmen Find me on Instagram! This podcast is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. What To Focus On For The Rest Of The Year S1E20

Happy October! With three months left in the year, you might be feeling the added pressure of completing ALL the goals you set out in January. Cue the panic, anxiety and frustration!! Or not, because that surely does not sound like fun. In this episode, we'll go over making edits to that list and deciding what to focus on so you could have a happier, less stressful remainder of the year. Nothing's Wrong With You S1E19

If you're like me and wonder "what's wrong with me?!" every now and then, I want to answer that by saying, nothing is wrong with you! We aren't working to "fix" ourselves because we're broken or something's wrong with us. We are working on making improvements so that we could continue to grow and become better versions of ourselves. Much like how our cell phones get a system update once and awhile, the little (or big) improvements we make are like our system updates! Worried About Doing It Wrong Or Incorrectly S1E18

Do you often find yourself hesitating to do something because you're afraid of doing it wrong or incorrectly? Maybe in the past you either got yelled at or made fun of whenever you did something wrong. In this episode, I talk about the fact that we are now adults and can speak up for ourselves if someone were to yell at us now. And I also explore the idea that not everything is right or wrong, correct or incorrect. I hope this episode will help you to hesitate less and not let the worry that you'll do it wrong stop you from trying. Unmasking The Mean Voice(s) In Your Head S1E17

In this episode, I talk about how the mean voice(s) inside our heads are not our voices at all! Our true inner voice loves us and believes in us. We take a look at some of the mean, negative thoughts and figure out who that voice actually belongs to. Love and Hugs, Carmen For more content to support you in your journey, follow me on Instagram! Not Everyone Is Going To Like You (And That's Okay) S1E16

I hope this episode encourages you to be more of your true self. To resist our people pleasing tendencies and shapeshift to whatever form we think would make someone else like us. You are likeable as you are. Not everyone is going to like you and that's okay. The only opinion that matters, the only person who you should seek approval from and want to like you, is YOU! Summer May Be Ending But Playing Doesn't Have To S1E15

Summer is coming to an end soon or maybe it feels like it has already ended for you. Maybe with it ending, you feel that you're no longer allowed to play. While summer time is usually a great reminder for us to have fun and play, it's not the only time we're allowed to do so! And play isn't just for kids. Everyone needs to have some fun and play in their lives, not matter what age or season it is. Play might look similar or completely different from when you were younger. Reflect back on what you found fun when you were younger. What activities did you enjoy and miss? What activities would you want to try now that you're older? Have fun exploring and playing!
