    Becoming The Phoenix - A Testimony

    In this episode I dive deeper into the story of my life, specifically the times in which I've faced tremendous disempowerment at the hands of people and systems that sought to destroy my authentic expression and true voice. I go into detail about some of the most difficult experiences and abuses of power I've ever faced and how I navigated my way through them, even when silence and perseverance felt like my only option. I hope this testimony inspires you and allows you to feel like you too can reclaim your autonomy and sense of personal selfhood.     Becoming Self-Empowered

    In this episode I talk about what self-empowerment is and give you ten ways to begin cultivating it in your own life. In my own experience, journeying from a state of disempowerment to one of true autonomy and self-determination, I have practiced all of these steps; and I can say with the utmost conviction that they have completely changed my life for the better when consistently implemented. I hope that through this knowledge and its application you're able to start feeling your own innate power as a human being and begin experiencing the benefits of a truly empowered life.     Spiritual Awakening

From a tumultuous religious upbringing to a full-blown Kundalini awakening I touch on all the major moments that have shaped who I am today as a spiritual being.
