    Motherhood Identity

    Motherhood is often talked about as a season of loss, losing sleep, losing time, losing yourself. But that hasn’t been my experience. In this episode, I share how becoming a mother clarified my identity, reshaped the way I lead my business, and helped me prioritize sustainability, presence, and alignment in a deeper way. I reflect on paying myself for four months of maternity leave, what truly shifted in my work, and how my definition of success has evolved. I also explore why we’re so conditioned to connect through struggle, why peaceful or positive experiences can feel uncomfortable to witness, and how multiple truths can exist in motherhood without invalidating anyone’s journey.
