The hyphen is deliberate! Both mentors and tor-mentors shape your perceptions and predictions on how you relate to yourself and others. They can also be sources of illumination for you. Greater awareness on the influence of these individuals provides you with deeper understanding and the ability to make more intentional choices on what you chose to carry forward.
