    Inspired to change

    It is so great to listen to inspiring content, but without steps to change in accordance to new things you have learned, it is just a nice to have. I tell the story of the "prince and the heavy stone" to showcase the important of doing thing things step by step. We can break free of all our stuckness, inside and with our relationships. Take small steps and make it a habit to checking in on your commitments every 2 weeks to see where you are, celebrate what you did manage to do and recommit again to the things you forgot to implement.     Our breath really symbolizes life. God blew in life into Adam and he became a full human being. We can use the breath in so many ways. One way is to calm ourselves down.     Build and share tools to handle everything

    Build tools to handle everything. We are responsible for our life. When it comes to children we often want to shield them. Protect them from challenging situation, maybe do their homework if they don't manage but it is doing more harm than good. They end up having a weak system, since they have received from well-meaning adults, the bread of shame, something they have not earned themselves.  Be aware of that and build them up by giving them tools to handle what comes their way. They will become resilient and strong.
