Where are you? // Pastor Jaison Koshy

WHERE ARE YOU? | Genesis 3:8–10When God asked Adam, “Where are you?” He wasn’t looking for Adam’s physical location. God knew exactly where he was. The question was meant to reveal Adam’s spiritual condition. And God is still asking us the same question today:Where are you spiritually?Where is your heart?Where is your hunger for God?Where is your obedience?Where is the person who once sought God passionately?Sin caused Adam to hide from the presence of God. And we can do the same. We hide behind busyness, distractions, routines, ministry, success, entertainment, and even religious activity. But God’s question is not meant to drive us deeper into shame. It is an invitation to come out of hiding and return to His presence. In this message, we examine five important questions:1. Where are you in your relationship with God?2. Where are you hiding?3. Where are you compared to where you used to be?4. Where is what God entrusted to you?5. Where are you going from here?Fasting is more than changing what we eat. It creates space for God to search our hearts, expose where we have drifted, restore our hunger, and realign our lives with Him.The beauty of Genesis 3 is that when Adam ran, God came looking for him.Humanity runs. God pursues.Humanity hides. God calls.Humanity becomes lost. God seeks. And ultimately, that pursuit leads us to Jesus.“For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” — Luke 19:10God is still calling: “Where are you?”The question is: How will you respond?Main Text: Genesis 3:8–10Key Verse: Genesis 3:9For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391

// Changing into a different person // Pastor Jaison Koshy

CHANGING INTO A DIFFERENT PERSON | 1 Samuel 10:1–10God doesn’t just want to improve you. He wants to transform you.In 1 Samuel 10, Saul begins his journey looking for his father’s lost donkeys, but he walks into a divine encounter that changes the direction of his life. Samuel tells him that the Spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon him, and he will be changed into a different person. There are places God wants to take you that the current version of you cannot carry. Some assignments require greater capacity, deeper conviction, and a different person on the inside. The anointing is not merely God’s power helping us do what we could not do. It is God’s Spirit transforming us into the people we could never become on our own.In this message, discover how the anointing:• Changes who you are• Changes how you stand• Changes how you walkAs you listen, consider these questions:What needs to change in my heart?Where is God calling me to stand?Who is influencing who I am becoming? What is the Holy Spirit preparing me to carry?God is not simply preparing something for you. He is preparing you for what He has called you to carry. For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391

The secret to understanding every parable | Pastor Jaison Koshy

What if one parable could help unlock your understanding of all the others? In Mark 4:13, Jesus asks His disciples:“Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables?”The Parable of the Sower reveals a foundational principle of the Kingdom of God: the condition of your heart determines what the Word of God produces in your life. The seed has power. The Sower is faithful. But the question is: What kind of soil is receiving the seed? The same seed can produce completely different results depending on the soil. In the same way, God’s Word can be heard by many people, yet produce different results because of how each heart receives it.Jesus begins this parable with one powerful command: “Listen!” — Mark 4:3Before He talks about the seed, He talks about hearing. The Kingdom of God often begins with something you cannot see: a seed, the Word of God, planted in a receptive heart. So the question is not only, “Is God speaking?”The deeper question is, “How am I receiving what God is speaking?”In this message, discover why the Parable of the Sower is a key to understanding the mysteries of God’s Kingdom, examine the condition of your heart, and learn how to receive God’s Word so that it produces lasting fruit in your life.Main Text: Mark 4:1–20Key Verse: Mark 4:13Big Idea: The condition of your heart determines what the Word of God produces in your life.“Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.” — Mark 4:9For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391

The power of desperation | August 2nd, 2026 | Pastor Jaison Koshy

What happens when you’ve exhausted every option and there is nowhere else to turn? In Mark 5:25–34, we encounter a woman who had suffered for twelve years, spent everything she had, and only grew worse. But her desperation became the doorway to her miracle.Desperation is the deep awareness that without God’s intervention, there is no other hope. It is the place where pride is broken, faith is awakened, and hearts reach for Jesus with complete dependence. In this message, discover:* Why God often meets us in our moments of greatest need.* How desperate faith reaches beyond fear and obstacles.* What it means to press through the crowd to touch Jesus.* How one encounter with Christ can completely transform your life.No matter how impossible your situation seems, Jesus still responds to sincere faith. If you are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or out of options, this message will remind you that your desperation can become the very place where God’s power is revealed.Scripture: Mark 5:25–34If this message encouraged you, please Like, Subscribe, and Share it with someone who needs hope today. For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391

Until the Spirit comes | Pastor Jaison Koshy

Until the Spirit ComesText: Isaiah 32:15-17 (nkjv)“Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is counted as a forest. Then justice will dwell in the wilderness and righteousness remain in the fruitful field. The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.”IntroductionI wholeheartedly believe that the solution to the deep problems we face in our homes, communities, and nation is not found first in politics, policies, or programs but in spiritual awakening. When hearts are transformed by the Holy Spirit, lives change. When lives change, families are restored. When families are restored, communities are strengthened. True and lasting change always flows from God’s Spirit at work in people.Isaiah paints a picture of a broken society. Corrupt leadership. Moral decay. Empty religion. People trusting in comfort rather than God. The land itself reflects the spiritual condition of the people.Yet in the middle of the problem and judgment comes one of the greatest promises in Scripture:“Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high.”For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391

What will never be taken away | Pastor Jaison Koshy

The better choice(Luke 10:38-42; John 11:25-27)Continuing from what we heard and learned from this Sunday’s teaching, I have been reflecting on the difference between doing what is good and choosing what is better. There is a difference between doing good things and choosing the best thing.Martha loved Jesus. Her desire to serve Him was sincere, and there was nothing wrong with serving. Yet, in the middle of her preparations, she became distracted and overwhelmed. Mary, on the other hand, simply sat at Jesus’ feet and listened. Looking at the two sisters, Jesus said that Mary had chosen the better part.Jesus was not diminishing service. He was establishing a priority. Before we can effectively serve Him, we must first spend time with Him.This lesson becomes even more meaningful when we meet Martha again in John 11. Her brother Lazarus had died, and grief filled her heart. Standing before the tomb, Jesus declared, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though they die” (John 11:25). Then He asked Martha, “Do you believe this?” (John 11:26).Jesus wasn’t simply asking Martha if she believed His words intellectually. He was inviting her to place her complete trust in Him. We can only fully believe the One with whom we consistently spend time. Faith grows as we sit under His Word, listen to His voice, and allow His truth to shape our hearts. The more we remain at His feet, the more confident we become in His promises. The faith Martha needed in that painful moment did not begin at the tomb. Faith is formed long before the crisis. It grows in the quiet moments of fellowship with Christ. Every time we choose His presence over our busyness, we are preparing our hearts for the challenges that will inevitably come. The same is true for us. Trials reveal what has been built in the secret place. If our days are filled with activity, even good activity, while neglecting time with Jesus, we may discover that our faith is shallow when life becomes difficult. But those who have learned to abide in Him find a strength that circumstances cannot take away.Every day presents us with a choice. We can become consumed with what needs to be done, or we can first give our attention to the One who gives us strength to do it. The better choice is always His presence.May we never become so busy serving Jesus that we neglect sitting with Him. Time at His feet is never wasted. It deepens our relationship with Him, strengthens our faith, and prepares us to trust Him when His question comes to us: Do you believe this? For prayer request, please feel free to contact us at www.globalicc.org/contactTo give please click www.globalicc.org/giveCash App $iccglobalVenmo App @iccglobalSubscribe to our weekly podcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/international-christian-church/id1076335656Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1mKKhWqCqr7rkXsdsqpgRx?si=1f717cde8a5846c2Live streaming Copyright License #20714391
