    The impact of softening US sanctions on tanker rates

While the update is one of a regular set of updates Brussels carries out to keep the ETS relevant and in line with its green strategies, it will include proposals to help shipowners use green fuels. The problem, according to European Shipowners secretary-general Sotiris Raptis, is that the proposal does not send positive change signals to shipowners.     Uncovering the story of the Settebello
