Custom Visibility

In this post, I invite us to explore defining visibility for ourselves and not simply throwing ourselves into the public eye aimlessly. I encourage us to define for ourselves a “custom visibility” that can help us get what we actually want and not simply what would be nice to have. I share my own personal experience with “unclenching” to visibility and why I am so welcoming now of others seeing my joy. Dive into this episode and the 5 lessons I’ve learned about visibility. But at any rate, we need you to shine. Cause nobody does it quite like you. And the light is already in you. Turning Toward the Light

In this episode, I share my experience creating reels, putting myself “out there,” and a couple of thoughts on visibility and our “magnetizing” essence. We also do a “character study” on helianthus annuus, or sunflowers, examining what all they have to teach us about turning toward the light, chasing the sun, and finding our place. This episode and this study were truly a joy and I’m excited to share it with you. I hope that as a result of listening, you turn toward the sun so you can see your own light. The Transformation Generation and the Pitfalls of Being Realistic

In this most interesting episode, I find my way in real time to a new way of delivering my message and sharing my perspective. While on a trail walk, I share my thoughts about how being “realistic” and other constricting beliefs protect us from the things we want (and can be), how we are the generation to “change the system,” and how we were set up to be trapped in the exact way that we are. It’s a dynamic episode that opens the door to being more human and more spontaneous. It’s been a long time coming. You know what? Put your walking shoes on and take me on your own walk! Get out that house or that car! See you out on the trail! Construction Has Resumed

In this episode, I discuss how doing too much, too fast is the fast track to doing nothing at all and how I plan to approach Intro to Expansion with this new awareness. I cover the importance of trusting and “feeding” your feelings when you are moving in a new direction. We go on more adventures of our soul and, finally, what full ownership of myself means for my identity moving forward. It’s a good one and I’m glad to be back at the build site. Join me? Intro to Expansion

In this episode, I launch Intro to Expansion, the free public “course” that teaches and supports students in uncovering their power and defining who they are to create and expand their lives. In this episode, I review the components of expansion we’ve already covered and how we must proceed as energy beings in this destructive, distracting time. If you like what you hear and you're on board, follow one of the “classroom” links below to either Instagram or YouTube for more expansion. Or stay locked here for what happens next. Here’s to being your biggest you. Melvin 🗞️ Visit written Substack post 🏫 Intro to Expansion “Classroom” links This is a public episode. Expansion

Before expansion, there was contraction… In this episode, we cover how contraction was the first thing you did, the choice we have to make for our shared future, and the mission before all of us. Despite our shared challenge, the only work you need to prioritize is your own. Given how central that work is and how essential you are, moving from contraction to expansion in your own life is the greatest contribution you’ll ever make. Additionally, we have arrived where we were going, and if you would like to continue this journey, there’s something I think you should see… 🚀 Intro to Expansion--Click Here Melvyn Visit written Substack post Visit Mel’s Substack This is a public episode. Creativity

In this episode, we discuss how you are always creating, why creativity feels so mysterious and inaccessible, and a new way to define creativity that gives you back the vital function. You and I have a creative imperative to define ourselves and express what we receive to help shape the world. It’s time to tap into who you are and let your soul move into form. Individuality

Your course of study, the interface of your soul, and your greatest gift. In this episode, we discuss your individuality and why it is so essential to your existence, its importance for the days ahead, and what happens when you work with the raw ingredients of your life experience. We’re going somewhere, and your being yourself is required. Are you ready to be an INDIVIDUAL? Melvyn Visit written Substack post Visit Mel’s Substack This is a public episode. Power

This episode introduces you to your essential nature: power and energy. We discuss how expressions of force can be confused for power, and how, on a major scale, this can delude us into thinking we have none. We also cover why, if at your core you are power, you don’t feel powerful. This topic is foundational to where we’re going. As a collective, as individuals, and you and me together on this *particular* journey. Give it a listen. Melvyn Visit written Substack post Visit Mel’s Substack This is a public episode. Fear

In this episode, we discuss the fear within, the fear outside, and the promise fear holds within it during this chaotic time of reorganization. I also offer a brief practice to navigate and neutralize fear so you can leap. Give it a listen. Melvyn Visit written Substack post Visit Mel’s Substack This is a public episode.
