At Compass Bible Church, we believe that strong families are essential to the health of our church. To achieve this, we need strong, godly men to lead the way. This is the primary objective of our Men’s Bible Study. We meet every month to fellowship, study the Word of God, and participate in small group discussions.

    The Foundation of Assurance Is Jesus | 1 John 1:1–4

    Knowing that you know begins with knowing Who you know. It's one of the most dangerous assumptions a person can make — especially where church attendance is normal and Christian language is native. John writes his letter to people whose confidence has been shaken by teachers who left, and he doesn't answer their doubt by telling them to look harder at themselves. He points them to what he heard, saw, looked upon, and touched. This first message in Knowing That You Know asks the question underneath every other question about assurance: what is your confidence actually resting on? Because the answer determines whether it holds.
