Pretty Little Feminine Secrets | How to Cultivate, Nurture & Embody Your Feminine Energy

What helps you feel more connected to your feminine energy? Is it the way you care for yourself? The way you move? The way you dress? The rituals you create? The way you slow down, receive, express yourself, or allow yourself to enjoy beauty? In this episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, Mariya and I explore feminine energy and share some of our favorite little practices, rituals, and “pretty little feminine secrets” that help us reconnect with this part of ourselves. We talk about the small things that can help us feel more present, sensual, creative, soft, confident, expressive, and connected to our bodies. From self-care and beauty rituals to movement, clothing, creativity, pleasure, and the way we create space for ourselves, we explore how everyday choices can become meaningful ways to nurture our feminine energy. This is not about following a fixed definition of femininity or trying to become someone else.Feminine energy can look different for everyone. For some, it may feel like softness and tenderness. For others, it may be creativity, intuition, sensuality, confidence, playfulness, elegance, emotional expression, or the ability to receive and rest. The goal is not to perform femininity. It is to become more aware of what makes you feel connected, alive, beautiful, authentic, and at home within yourself.Feminine energy is not something you have to force, prove, or perform.Perhaps it is something you can listen to.Something you can nurture.Something you can allow yourself to experience more fully. And sometimes, the smallest rituals can become beautiful reminders to return to yourself.💬 We would love to hear from you:What is your favorite little ritual that helps you feel connected to your feminine energy? Is it a skincare ritual, a favorite perfume, music, dancing, dressing up, taking a bath, spending time in nature, creating something, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down?Share your own pretty little feminine secret in the comments. 🤍If you enjoy this conversation, please like the video, subscribe to the channel, and share it with someone who might enjoy discovering new ways to reconnect with themselves.Your comments, questions, and ideas help us create more meaningful, inspiring, and useful conversations for future episodes. 🎙️ About The Soul Filler PodcastThe Soul Filler Podcast explores the deeper conversations behind the way we live, think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. The Nude Edition is a series of honest conversations about the body, the mind, vulnerability, identity, self-perception, beauty, self-expression, and what it means to see and embrace ourselves more fully.📸 Connect with Mariya Mileva Professional Photographer & ArtistWebsite: www.mariya-mileva.comInstagram: @mariyamilevaphotographer @portraitureoftheselfTikTok & YouTube: @MariyaMileva🎙️ Connect with Dr. Rali GeorgDoctor of Dental Medicine, Aesthetic Practitioner & Makeover ArtistInstagram: @drraligeorgYouTube: @drraligeorgTikTok: @drraligeorgThank you for watching and being part of this conversation. 🤍#SoulFillerPodcast #TheNudeEdition #FeminineEnergy #FeminineEnergySecrets #PrettyLittleSecrets #FeminineRituals #SelfCare #SelfLove #Femininity #DivineFeminine #FeminineAwakening #Softness #Sensuality #SelfExpression #WomenSupportingWomen #MariyaMileva #DrRaliGeorg

Be Your Own Muse | Learning to Admire Yourself | The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition

Be Your Own Muse | Learning to Admire Yourself | The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition How often do you admire other people? You notice their beauty, their confidence, their style, their presence, the way they move through the world. You see something special in them, sometimes even something they may not see in themselves. But when was the last time you looked at yourself with the same curiosity, appreciation, and admiration? In this episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, Mariya and I explore the idea of becoming your own muse. We talk about what it means to see yourself not as a project that constantly needs to be improved, corrected, or perfected, but as someone worthy of attention, creativity, appreciation, and care. What if you could look at yourself the way you look at the people you admire? What if you could notice your own beauty without immediately searching for something to criticize? What if you allowed yourself to be interesting, inspiring, expressive, and worthy of being seen, exactly as you are? Being your own muse is not about believing that you are perfect. It is not about being self-obsessed or pretending that you never have insecurities. It is about developing a more loving and appreciative relationship with yourself. It is about becoming curious about your own story, your body, your face, your emotions, your experiences, and the unique way you express yourself. It is about allowing yourself to take up space, to be visible, and to celebrate who you are without waiting for someone else to give you permission. This episode is an invitation to look at yourself differently. Not through the eyes of judgment. Not through the lens of comparison. But with curiosity, appreciation, compassion, and admiration. Because you do not have to become someone else to be inspiring. You can be your own muse. 💬 We would love to hear from you: What is one thing you genuinely admire about yourself? It can be something about your appearance, your personality, your strength, your creativity, your story, or the way you care for others. Share it in the comments. Let this be a small moment of celebrating yourself without minimizing or apologizing for it. 🤍 🎥 Watch the full episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, here on YouTube. Nude Skin | The Aesthetic Edition | Skincare, Beauty Filters & Self-Acceptance

Nude Skin | The Aesthetic Edition | Skincare, Beauty Filters & Self-Acceptance What do we remove, soften, hide, or change when we look at our own faces? A wrinkle. A spot. A scar. Dark circles. Texture. Pores. A feature we have learned to see as a flaw. In this episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, we explore our relationship with our faces and skin through the lens of aesthetics, self-care, beauty standards, photography, and self-acceptance. Together, Mariya and I talk openly about aesthetic procedures, skincare, fillers, beauty filters, photo retouching, and the growing pressure to look polished, youthful, and “perfect”, both online and offline. We explore the difference between caring for ourselves and trying to erase ourselves. Can aesthetic treatments and self-acceptance exist together? Where is the line between making a choice that feels good to us and changing ourselves because we feel we are not enough? We also discuss what we remove from photographs and social media images. Do we smooth our skin? Remove wrinkles? Hide dark circles? Erase scars, pigmentation, pores, or texture? And what happens when the edited version of ourselves slowly becomes the version we believe we are supposed to look like? This is not a conversation about judging aesthetic procedures, filters, or the choices people make. It is an invitation to become more curious about the reasons behind those choices and to create a relationship with our skin that is more conscious, compassionate, loving, accepting, and caring. Because our skin is not a flawless surface. It carries our experiences, our emotions, our age, our memories, and the story of our lives. Perhaps being comfortable in our own skin does not mean that we never want to change anything. Perhaps it means that we can care for ourselves and make choices without abandoning, rejecting, or constantly criticizing who we are. 💬 We would love to hear from you: What is the one thing you remove, hide, or change most often in your photos? Or, if you could change something about your skin or face, what would it be, and why? Share your thoughts in the comments. Your experiences and questions help us create more honest, meaningful, and useful conversations in future episodes. 🎥 Watch the full episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, here on YouTube. Emotional Eating & the Inner Child | The Inner Work of Self-Acceptance

Emotional Eating & the Inner Child | The Inner Work of Self-Acceptance In this episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, we explore emotional eating, inner work, and the inner child. Mariya and I share our own personal experiences with emotional eating and the different ways we have experienced the urge to eat, not necessarily because we are physically hungry, but because something inside us is asking for comfort, safety, distraction, or emotional support. We talk about the difference between wanting to eat and actually being physically hungry, and explore what may be happening beneath that urge. We also share a simple practice that you can try whenever you feel the urge to eat even though you know your body may not actually need food. It is an invitation to pause, connect with yourself, and become curious about what you may really be feeling in that moment. This episode is about emotional eating, the inner child, body image, self-acceptance, and the inner work of understanding ourselves more deeply. Because sometimes, the most important question isn't: “Why do I want to eat this?” But: “What do I actually need right now?” Mariya Mileva 🌐 www.mariya-mileva.com📸 Instagram: @mariyamilevaphotographer📸 @portraitureoftheself🎵 TikTok: @mimchs▶️ YouTube: @MariyaMileva Dr. Rali Georg 📸 Instagram: @drraligeorg▶️ YouTube: @drraligeorg🎵 TikTok: @drraligeorg P.S. I feel like I said “you know” approximately one billion times in this episode, so… you know… I'm sorry. 😂 I'm just still so passionate and emotional about this topic that apparently every second word decided to become “you know”. 🤍 With love,Rali & Mariya #SoulFillerPodcast #TheNudeEdition #EmotionalEating #InnerChild #SelfAcceptance #BodyImage #InnerWork #SelfDiscovery #EmotionalHealing #BodyAcceptance #MariyaMileva #DrRaliGeorg

The Parts of Our Bodies We Hide & How to Change the Way You See Yourself | Body Image & Self-Acceptance

Why do we sometimes look at a photo of ourselves and immediately focus on everything we don't like? Our body. Our posture. Our face. Our “bad side”. The parts we wish were different. In this episode of The Soul Filler Podcast, The Nude Edition, Mariya and I explore the way we see ourselves in photographs and how much of that perception is connected to our inner world. As a professional photographer, Mariya shares practical advice on how to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We talk about posture, body positioning, how to sit, how to stand, and how small changes in the way we position our bodies can make a difference in the way we see ourselves in photographs. But this conversation goes much deeper than simply learning how to look better in a photo. We explore why some photographs make us feel uncomfortable, why we tend to focus immediately on the parts of our bodies we don't like, and how our external appearance is often connected to our inner perception of ourselves. We discuss the parts of the body that women often struggle to accept, the difference between accepting something and choosing to change something, and how our relationship with our bodies influences the way we see ourselves.Because sometimes, the problem isn't the picture.Sometimes, it's the way we've learned to look at ourselves. At the end of the episode, we share a therapeutic self-portrait and body image exercise that you can try for yourself. This practice is designed to help you connect with your body, your emotions, and the way you truly see yourself. This is a conversation about photography, body image, self-acceptance, posture, self-perception, vulnerability, and the connection between our inner world and the way we see our bodies. We hope this episode gives you a new perspective on photographs, your body, and the way you look at yourself.Enjoy watching.Connect with Mariya MilevaMariya Mileva is a professional photographer and artist exploring identity, self-perception, the body, and the relationship we have with ourselves through photography.Website: www.mariya-mileva.comInstagram: @mariyamilevaphotographer @portraitureoftheselfTikTok & YouTube: @MariyaMilevaConnect with Dr. Rali GeorgDr. Rali Georg is a Doctor of Dental Medicine, aesthetic practitioner, and storyteller who explores the connection between how we live, think, and experience the world, and how it shows up in our smile, face, body, and overall well-being.
