Uma receita caseira simples, com um resultado dourado, leve, fofinho e com aroma a limão. Ingredientes 12 ovos, com as gemas separadas das claras 250 g de açúcar 150 g de farinha de trigo 1 pitada de sal Raspa de 1 limão Forma de bolo untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha Preparação Comece por pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C. Numa tigela grande, junte as gemas ao açúcar e bata durante aproximadamente 15 minutos, até obter uma mistura muito clara, espessa e cremosa. Junte uma pitada de sal às claras e bata-as em castelo bem firme. Envolva delicadamente as claras em castelo no preparado das gemas, com a ajuda de uma espátula, sem bater. Peneire a farinha e vá juntando aos poucos, envolvendo suavemente na massa. Acrescente a raspa de limão e envolva delicadamente até ficar bem distribuída. Deite a massa na forma previamente preparada e alise ligeiramente a superfície. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido durante cerca de 35 a 40 minutos, até ficar douradinho e um palito espetado no centro sair limpo. Retire o bolo do forno e deixe repousar e arrefecer antes de desenformar. It's a homemade sponge cake made with just a few ingredients that bakes up golden, soft and fluffy, with a lovely touch of lemon. Ingredients 12 eggs, separated into yolks and whites 250 g sugar 150 g all-purpose wheat flour 1 pinch of salt Zest of 1 lemon Greased Cake pan (With Butter and Flour) Preparation Start by preheating your oven to 360°F (approximately 180°C). In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar and beat for approximately 15 minutes, until the mixture becomes very pale, thick, and creamy. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture using a spatula. Do not beat. Sift the flour and gradually fold it into the egg mixture, a little at a time. Add the lemon zest and gently fold until evenly distributed. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and gently level the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
