    5k to couch

Sporting memories of the 80s... combined with some health and wellbeing. A calf strain, poor shooting, failure to hit the target and Keegan falling off his bike. What more do you need to know before realising exercise is bad for you...?

Bad Sitcoms of the 70s and 80s

This episode looks at some of the worst sitcoms of the 1970s and 1980s and some of the culprits who kept turning up in them. A fond look back at everything from Hardwick House (canned after 2 episodes) and Heil Honey I'm Home! (canned after one!) and well as some that didn't quite take off - Bottle Boys, Land of Hope and Gloria, Come Back Mrs. Noah, and some that were actually popular like On the Buses! despite being widely slammed. Have a listen and see if you remember any and please share any we missed!

    Worst trailer ever...

Hopeless trailer that gives no real insight into what's to come...
