Ep 23: "You do not have to be the best version of yourself"

Hello!! I hope that you are doing well. Thank you for being here. So, let me ask you a question: Are you obsessed with being the "best"? Do you feel like you have to live up to some sort of perfection? If so, this episode might be helpful. Self acceptance and growth can exist together, you do not need to be constantly growing or even beating yourself up to be the best every single day. You can allow yourself to JUST BE and flow with the your body's natural rhythm. I hope that this episode helped in some way. Blessed Be!

Ep 22: Are we allowed to yearn for external validation? Here's my thoughts

Hello everyone! I hope that you're well! Today I have with you answering my long thought question; "are we allowed to yearn for validation?" As we see on social media about "stop needing external validation", "validate yourself", I feel like we have gone to the other extreme and now I want to bring back a new perspective on us needing and receiving validation. I hope that this opened up a new perspective within you!

Ep 21: Are you attached to a certain label or identity?

Hello!! Welcome or Welcome back to my podcast! Today's episode is all about the labels or identities that you have overly attached yourself to. Now, everyone has a sense of identity but are you able to detach yourself from it and to expand your own perspective and see yourself in a way that you might never expect? I shared examples of myself in which I overly identified and associated myself with so hopefully that can help you with your own personal development journey too. Thank you for being here and I hope this episode inspired you too!

Ep 20: There’s nothing in this world we can fully know about!

Hello, welcome or welcome back! Today, I have with you another topic that I am incredibly passionate about which is “There’s nothing in this world we can fully know about.” It talks about having the compassion to look at ourselves, others and the world with fresh eyes. Accepting that we do not know EVERYTHING even things that are labelled as “common sense.” I believe that the more we accept we do not know everything, we open up space for us to be curious and more open to others and the world for what it has to share for us. Do join me in liberating ourselves from our ego and thank you for being here! 💖

Ep 19: Do you do things for yourself OR to fulfil others expectations?

Hey everyone, I hope that you are doing well! Today, I have with you a new episode regarding "doing things for yourself or just to please others or society in general?" have we actually stopped to think why we actually do something? I hope that this episode brought you some reflection, to finally direct the attention back to YOU! * oh and! I will try my best to slow down in the future!! Ep 18: Sacred Rage

Hi Hi Hi! In today's episode, we are going to be looking at the different situations that make me RAGE the most. Sacred rage can be quite intense for most of us since we do not have a healthy relationship with anger (myself included). This is why I have learnt to channel this energy into different creative channels! I hope that you can allow your rage to help you tap into places that you have yet to explore! Thank you for listening, sending you love!

Ep 17: I am only a human being!! part 2

hi, hi and hi everyone! hehe, welcome back~ Today I have with you part 2 of "I am only a human being", I explained what I felt was necessary in order for us to be our full, raw and authentic self. What we think it's "bad" is actually just us experiencing the full spectrum of being a human!! I hope this episode encourages you to be FULLY YOURSELF. It's not going to be an easy road, but life on the other side is adventurous! Thank you for listening as always, and if you are interested, you can check out my blog at hiitspamela.substack.com :)

Ep 16: I am only a human being!!

Hey! Welcome back! Today's episode is going to be a ranting session about being a human being that's incredibly suppressed. We can experience so much more about being a human and to find ways back to our own nature. What is in our nature of being a human that we find it so hard to accept and explore? Well, find it out in today's episode. As always, Thank you so much for listening. I appreciate each and every one of you x.
