I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high A1c and diabetes, I had acid reflux so bad I couldn't lay down to sleep.     For the past eight weeks on Thriving After 50: Mind Body Soul, I've been talking about habits and why they matter so much, especially in this season of life. Habits shape how we feel, how we move, how we think, and how we show up each day. The small things we do consistently often matter more than the big changes we attempt once and abandon. As we close out February, I want to invite you to join me for this final episode of the month. We'll pull everything together and focus on one simple goal: improving your habits in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. This isn't about perfection. It's about progress.
