She has 15 years experience in a variety of nursing roles and offers a holistic approach to health through Pilates, yoga, fitness, personal training, and Reiki.     Episode 20 - Harriet Beeson     Harriet is a sleep coach and the founder of the Wee Sleep Coach.   The Wee Sleep Coach is an infant sleep coach which means she work 1:1 with parents to understand what is going on with their baby or toddler's sleep. This can be anything from waking 10 times a night, parents ready to have their own bed back but not sure how to break the habit.     Episode 19 - Jan McKay     Jan is a a psychological therapist in the NHS, working with young people and families and by night a Chakradance facilitator and reiki master.  She’s also a mum to twins with support from her very tired husband, and their dog - Ted.     She founded Soul Rhythms in January 2024, and things still feel very new. Her current focus is delivering live Chakradance classes and workshops, with plans to roll out online programmes for those that can’t attend in person.
