Christy walks us through the do's and don'ts of everything from reiki, to mediation, manifestation, breathing, and so much more!   This week's episode, Christy brings on friend, Owner of Kilimanjaro Guru Expedition, and professional mountain & Safari Guide, Imran Abas. Imran was born and raised on the southern slopes of the Kilimanjaro mountain and is closely associated with its nature, due to growing up here and experienced working as a porter in his teenage years while schooling. In 2012 he participated in a mountain guide training course conducted by the Kilimanjaro National Park and in 2013 studied tourism for two years in college. Since that time, he has been successful at guiding clients on mountain excursions and safari trips. In 2018 he went to Nepal and at the Everest base camp got the opportunity to visit the Buddha temple where he learned a bit about Buddhism and decided to use the word Guru within the company name. The both of them discuss their adventure together, and how it helps mold and shape others through his mountain guiding!
