Marty and Eric are wonderful hosts. I enjoy the breadth of firsthand experience they have, as in they try out a ton of apps and accessories themselves, and it’s really honest insight.

Great show in a unique space—Apple Vision Pro news. My favorite segments include reviewing AVP-related patents, providing beta visionOS updates, and sharing personal takes on apps. Discussions on spatial and immersive media are also enjoyable. Unfortunately, I’ve struggled with some of the commentary. I found the frequent use of innuendos (talks of Lakers’ Girls, girls wearing spandex, animals mating…) off-putting. The episode with comments on the physical appearance and potential eating disorders of the K-Pop artists in an immersive video series crossed a line for me [Jan 20, 2026 episode — K-(un)Pop(ular) on AVP]. To suggest the Korean teenage boys needed Burger King to fatten up was a bridge too far for me. I do not find it appealing to comment on someone’s personal appearance like that—I think it’s wrong so I’m calling it out—really wish the episode had stayed more on topic. I commend the podcast for being pioneers in pushing the spatial computing space, but some of the commentary is cringe at best. So sidebar commentary aside, the essence of the podcast is great.

I just finished listening to the first episode and am so excited to hear future episodes. Eric and Marty bring a lot of knowledge to share about their experiences using the AVP, and do so in an inviting way for listeners no matter what their levels are in familiarity of using AVP.

I don’t know how you can try and establish yourselves as names in the space when one of you only has their Vision Pro 1/3rd of the time - the minute I heard that I said forget it / this guy is going to have the device less than me so what makes him useful? The guy that is the diehard Apple guy (sorry I forget names) the guy that actually laid out the cash to buy his / I’ll give him a lot of credit / he’s willing to spend to experiment and for that I tip my hat. It’s only mistake was picking the other guy as his co-partner in this endeavor when the other guy doesn’t even have the unit most of the time. If you want to build an audience / to the point where you can be sponsored / ad supported - you’ve got to establish yourselves as experts with this technology, which means you BOTH have to be hands-on with it every day. This isn’t the sort of device you share with people outside of your family that lives with you. Treat it like a phone. It’s just my two cents. Best of luck
