    This Isn't Good... But God, You Are In this Part 1 Episode, Josh & Traci Cutler join us at the table to share how a cancer diagnosis became an opportunity to trust the unchanging goodness of God. In the midst of fear, uncertainty, and the unexpected, they chose to declare, "Blessed be the name of the Lord." This is a conversation about faith that rises above circumstances and a hope that is anchored in Christ. The Cutler's story continues to unfold, but God remains faithful and is holding them close through every step on their journey. And HE wants to do the same for each of us.  Keep Walking!

    147 | Keep Walking In Obedience: Because Your Story Is Still Being Written

    Today's episode was originally recorded in August of 2025. Since this recording, The Cutler family has continued to Walk with the Lord through very difficult health challenges. Next week we have a treat because Traci joins Josh at the table to share. Together, they make ONE amazing team. We pray that as you listen - you are encouraged to take both the big and small steps of faith & obedience, because we know God's peace and His presence truly bring health and freedom to our unfinished stories. Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."  Our paths are very different, but we often battle some of the same things: fear and all the what ifs. We are reminded again this week that we can’t be anxious and grateful at the same time -- so when those fears and what if thoughts begin to invade your mind, remember you can choose to be grateful for the blessings you do see in our life, and it will change your perspective. We know that gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we’ve been given — His presence, His promises, and His peace. Keeping a positive perspective begins with trusting that God is still working, even in the unseen, and believing that He is using every moment, even the hard ones, to draw us closer and shape us more like Christ.     146 | Juniper's JOY - The Joy Of The Lord Is My Strength!

    We all know that life is filled with ups and downs. There are seasons of joy and seasons of hardship. But one thing we can be absolutely certain of is this: our Savior, Jesus Christ, will never leave us or forsake us. He is walking with us every step of the way. He sees what you’re going through, He knows what we’re facing, and what a privilege it is to call on Him and trust Him through it all. Today we are so blessed to have our friend Juniper with us. The joy of the Lord truly is her strength, and that has been evident to everyone who knows her. We pray this conversation encourages you and that you will call on Jesus today to be your STRENGTH when you feel weak or tired! We love you. #KEEPWALKING

    145 | Way Maker • Miracle Worker • Promise Keeper • Light In The Darkness

    Today we are excited to welcome back our friend, Tommy Turpin, to the podcast. Tommy's story is one of God's redeeming grace, transformation, and His faithfulness. Tommy shared his testimony with us back in August of 2025. As a recovering addict whose life has been radically changed by the power of Jesus Christ, Tommy now spends his days helping others find hope, healing, and freedom through their own personal relationship with Christ and through Changed Lives Ministries located in Moncks Corner, SC. One of the things we love most about Tommy is his willingness to share honestly about where God has brought him from and the incredible work God continues to do in his life.     141 | Hope Lives Here: The God Who Sees, Hears, & LOVES!

Through it all, we can trust the promises of God, and we can trust that His Word remains our anchor no matter what we face. Hope Lives Here Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy: Discovering the Grace of Lament The primary Bible verse about the "God who sees" is Genesis 16:13 , where Hagar names God El Roi after He finds her in the desert. "So she called the name of the Lord who spoke to her, 'You are a God of seeing,' for she said, 'Truly here I have seen him who looks after me.'" – Genesis 16:13 (ESV)  The name Ishmael in Hebrew means “God hears”. “…You shall bear a son, and you shall call his name Ishmael, because the LORD has given heed to your affliction.”  Gen. 16:11 Within this one chapter, God has revealed two of His faculties, or attributes, that humans both share in, and understand:  hearing and sight.  Thank you God that you see us, you hear us, and you LOVE us!
